Description
便宜のために、本開示の更なる記載の前に、明細書及び実施例で用いられるある特定の用語はここに集められる。これらの定義は本開示の残りに照らして読み取るべきであり、当業者によるように理解すべきである。本明細書で使用される用語は、当業者に認識され、公知である意味を有するが、便宜及び完全性のために、特定の用語及びそれらの意味が下で示される。
スケール除去用に有効な配合物を開発するために、TGAを利用した。配合物は、動作温度(800℃)の間に完全に分解されるべきである。いくつかの組成物を作製し、その熱特性を試験する。TGAデータのリストをTable 1(表1)に示す。TGA分析は、試料3~5mgを採取し、空気の非存在下(80ml/分)最大800から900℃まで10℃/分の加熱速度で実行した。
ファウリング防止組成物は、金属成分パートとしてのナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、リチウム、バリウムの2種以上の水溶性塩、及び非金属成分としての尿素、シュウ酸、コハク酸、酒石酸、EDTA、アンモニウム塩を含む。所定の割合(%)の無機塩と有機化合物とを(Table 1(表1)に示された特定の質量比)水(5mL)中に混合し、均質な溶液を作製することによって、金属及び非金属成分を含む組成物200mgを調製した。50℃の水浴温度下、及び真空ポンプの圧力を10~20mbarに低下させて、ロータリーエバポレーター(rotavapor)を使用して水を除去した。各組成物に対して完全な乾燥過程を1時間継続した。いくつかの組成物の中でも、SM4-EDTA及びSS-URAMOXは最良の結果を示す(Table 1(表1))。そのTGA分析の後で、無視し得る量の残留物が残った。これは、対応する組成物からのガス状分子の形成として説明することができる。
製油所のCDUヒーターから得られたスケール物質の熱安定性もマッフル炉を使用して試験した。スケール物質1gをアルミナるつぼに採取し、マッフル炉中に800℃において約6時間維持した。焼成後、約33%の質量減少が観察される。このことは、この温度においてスケール物質の分解を完全にするためには、何らかの外部の材料が必要であることを示している。
非金属成分の熱安定性を、マッフル炉を使用して決定した。1gの硫酸アンモニウム、シュウ酸アンモニウム、尿素、EDTA、シュウ酸のそれぞれを、個別にアルミナるつぼに採取し、600℃において4時間維持した。いずれの場合も、ほとんど完全な分解が観察された。別の実験を、等量のスケール(0.5g)と有機混合物(0.5g、尿素、硫酸アンモニウム、シュウ酸アンモニウムの1:1:1混合物)を混合することによって実施し、次いで混合物をマッフル炉において800℃で6時間維持した。観察された質量減少は67%である。
製油所におけるスケール除去実験を、市販のスケール除去物質を水に溶解し、次いでこの溶液を炉に注入することによって実行する。高温の炉において、水はコークスと反応して、ガス状生成物として一酸化炭素及び水素を形成する。したがって、このようにしてコークスのみを除去することができるが、単に水で処理することによって金属不純物を除去することはできない。金属不純物及びコークス不純物の両者を除去するために、いくつかの組成物を調製してきた。等量のスケールとSS(80%)-有機混合物(20%)を採取し、800℃において6時間維持した。約42%の質量減少が観察された。
Claims (2)
- (a) 硝酸ナトリウム及び硝酸カリウムの組み合わせである金属成分、並びに(b) 尿素、シュウ酸アンモニウム、及び硫酸アンモニウムの組合せである非金属成分を含み、組成物中の前記金属成分の質量比が50から95%の範囲内にあり、組成物中の前記非金属成分の比が5から50%の範囲内にある、コークスを含むファウリング堆積物が生じる製油所ユニットからファウリング堆積物を除去するためのファウリング防止組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を調製するための方法であって、
a) 少なくとも1種の前記非金属成分(b)及び前記金属成分(a)を水と接触させて、混合物を形成する工程と、
b) 前記混合物から水を除去して、組成物を得る工程と
を含む方法。
