Claims (6)
- 염화물을 주성분으로 포함하는 융설용 제설제에 있어서,상기 제설제의 조성물은 염화마그네슘, 암염, 요소, 트리폴리인산염 및 메타규산소다를 포함하는,제설제.
- 제1항에 있어서,조성물은 염화마그네슘 20 내지 40 wt%, 암염 45 내지 75 wt%, 요소 0.1 내지 20 wt%, 트리폴리인산염 0.1 내지 30 wt% 및 메타규산소다 0.1 내지 30 wt% 의 성분비인 것을 특징으로 포함하는,제설제.
- 파쇄기에 암염을 투입하여 분쇄하는 파쇄단계;분쇄된 암염을 숙성시키는 숙성단계;상기 숙성단계를 거친 암염과 염화마그네슘을 교반기에 투입하여 교반시키는 제1혼합단계;상기 제1혼합단계를 거친 혼합물에 트리폴리인산염, 메타규산소다 및 요소를 투입하여 교반시키는 제2혼합단계를 포함하는,제설제의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1혼합단계는, 교반과 동시에 45℃ 내지 55℃의 온도로 열풍건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,제설제의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 숙성단계는, 24 내지 48시간 동안 숙성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,제설제의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 파쇄단계는, 암염을 7 내지 20mm의 크기로 파쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,제설제의 제조방법.
