- 살수장비에서 아칭현상을 막아 도로 청소용 작업용수로 활용되는 저염화물계 액상 제설제 제조방법에 있어서;염화마그네슘 38-45중량%를 1차 교반기에 넣고 10분간 교반하는 제1과정과;상기 제1과정 후 여과기로 여과한 후 여과액을 모아 2차 교반기로 투입하는 제2과정과;상기 제2과정 후 입자크기가 최소 0.3mm이고, 상온에서 최대 1000cps의 점도를 가지는 액상의 초산나트륨:3.0-6.0중량%, 글리세린:2.0-5.0중량%, 구연산나트륨:1.0-3.0중량%를 순차로 투입한 다음 5분간 교반하는 제3과정을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저염화물계 액상제설제 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서;상기 제1과정 및 제3과정은 상기 2차 교반기에 첨가되는 성분들의 특성과 반응성을 고려하여 상온~25℃에서 250~300 rpm으로 저속 교반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저염화물계 액상제설제 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서;상기 제3과정은 상기 초산나트륨, 글리세린, 구연산나트륨을 정해진 조성비로 순차 투입하되, 충분한 혼합을 위해 순차 투입시마다 각각 5분씩 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저염화물계 액상제설제 제조방법.
