Claims (8)
- タイヤ情報を取得するセンサを含むセンサユニットと、該センサユニットをリムに対して固定し、一方の端部に設けられた締結部が他方の端部を可逆的に締結することでバンド周長を調整自在に構成された第一バンドと、前記センサユニット及び前記第一バンドを一体的に締結する少なくとも1本の第二バンドとを備え、前記センサユニットが前記第一バンドと前記リムとの間に配置されていることを特徴とするタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記第一バンドの幅が5mm~50mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記第一バンドの前記リムに取付けられていない状態におけるバンド長さが1800mm~2500mmの範囲であり、前記第一バンドの他方の端部が切断可能な構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記第一バンドが通気性を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記センサユニットを構成する筐体に前記第二バンドを挿通する溝又は孔が設けられ、該溝又は孔に前記第二バンドの締結部の一部又は全部が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記第一バンドを構成するバンド本体と締結部における少なくとも前記リムと接触する部分が非金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記第二バンドと前記リムとの間に前記センサユニットを保持する台座が挿入され、該台座の熱伝導率が1.0[W/m・K]以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
- 前記台座が少なくとも前記リムと接触する部分に滑り止め部を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタイヤ情報取得装置。
