また、前記支持部材は、上下方向の断面を基準で凹凸部が形成され得る。
そして、前記凹凸部は、「コ」字形状の第1突部と第1溝部とが順次対向する方向に向けるように反復的に延びる形状で形成され得る。
また、前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記凹凸部に対応するように第2突部または第2溝部が形成され得る。
そして、前記支持部材は、複数の前記バッテリーモジュールのうち第1バッテリーモジュールと、前記第1バッテリーモジュールに隣接する第2バッテリーモジュールとの間に配置され、前記マウンティングナットに結合する第1支持ビームと、前記第1支持ビームと交差するように配置され、前記マウンティングナットに結合する第2支持ビームと、を含み得る。
また、支持部材に凹凸部が形成されることによって、支持部材の剛性が向上する効果を奏する。
また、支持部材の凹凸部に対応するようにバッテリーモジュールに突部及び溝部が形成されることによって、バッテリーモジュールと支持部材との結合強度が増加する効果を奏する。

Claims (9)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
複数の前記バッテリーモジュールが装着される下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートに結合し、前記バッテリーモジュールを支持する支持部材と、
前記下部プレートに結合し、前記バッテリーモジュールがボルトによって締結可能に前記支持部材に結合するマウンティングナットと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールが前記支持部材に接触しており、
前記マウンティングナットが、前記支持部材の上下方向に沿ったエッジ部に結合していることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの側面が、前記支持部材の側面に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マウンティングナットの高さが、前記支持部材の高さよりも低く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マウンティングナットが、一体型に形成され、一体型の前記マウンティングナットに少なくとも二つのボルト締結孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
複数の前記バッテリーモジュールが装着される下部プレートと、
前記下部プレートに結合し、前記バッテリーモジュールを支持する支持部材と、
前記下部プレートに結合し、前記バッテリーモジュールがボルトによって締結可能に前記支持部材に結合するマウンティングナットと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールが前記支持部材に接触しており、
前記支持部材は、上下方向の断面を基準で凹凸部が形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記凹凸部が、「コ」字形状の第1突部と第1溝部とが順次対向する方向に向けるように反復的に延びる形状で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記凹凸部に対応するように第2突部または第2溝部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記支持部材は、
複数の前記バッテリーモジュールのうち第1バッテリーモジュールと、前記第1バッテリーモジュールに隣接する第2バッテリーモジュールとの間に配置され、前記マウンティングナットに結合する第1支持ビームと、
前記第1支持ビームと交差するように配置され、前記マウンティングナットに結合する第2支持ビームと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から請求項8のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
