Abstract
또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 배터리 팩의 구조가 복잡한 경우, 방열수지를 성형하여 셀을 조립하는 방식으로 안정적인 품질로 제품의 대량생산이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 배터리 팩의 제조방법에서 제조된 성형수지의 형태를 나타낸 모식도이다: (a)는 단면도이고, (b)는 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 배터리 팩의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 배터리 팩을 촬영한 이미지이다:(a)는 제조된 바디부 성형수지의 이미지이고, (b)는 배터리 셀 조립 후의 이미지이고, (c)는 상/하부수지와 케이스를 조립한 후의 이미지이다.
Claims (14)
- 방열수지 조성물을 금형에 주입하고 성형하여 배터리 셀의 상부, 하부 및 바디부에 각각 구비되는 상부, 하부 및 바디부의 성형수지를 제조하는 단계; 상기 성형수지와 배터리 셀을 조립하는 단계; 상기 성형수지가 결합된 배터리 셀에 전극을 접합하는 단계; 및 케이스를 조립하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방열수지 조성물은 폴리올 및 용매를 혼합하여 폴리올 용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 폴리올 용액에 열전도성 필러를 첨가하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물에 이소시아네이트를 첨가하여 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 통해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성형수지를 제조하는 단계는,
(a) 배터리 셀 바디부에 구비되는 바디부 성형수지를 제조하는 단계;
(b) 배터리 셀의 하부에 구비되는 하부 성형수지를 제조하는 단계; 및
(c) 배터리 셀의 상부에 구비되는 상부 성형수지를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 팩의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계는 상기 배터리 팩의 모양에 맞도록 제조된 제1 금형에 방열수지 조성물을 주입하고 경화시켜 바디부 성형수지를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 제1 금형은 셀 사이의 간격이 1 내지 15 mm이고, 셀과 벽 사이의 간격이 1 내지 15mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계에서 바디부 성형수지의 높이는 배터리 셀과 같거나 0.1 내지 3 mm 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (b)단계는 상기 배터리 팩의 하부에 맞도록 제조된 제2 금형에 방열수지 조성물을 주입하고 경화시켜 시트 형태의 하부 성형수지를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계는 상기 배터리 팩의 상부에 맞도록 제조된 제3 금형에 방열수지 조성물을 주입하고 경화시켜 시트 형태의 상부 성형수지를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 금형은 독립적으로 1 내지 15 mm의 두께의 시트 형태이고,
상기 시트 형태는 전극 모양에 따른 패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성형수지와 배터리 셀을 조립하는 단계는 상기 바디부 성형수지에 배터리 셀을 조립하여 셀 번들을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀에 전극을 접합하는 단계는 상기 배터리 셀의 일측 이상에 전극을 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이스를 조립하는 단계는 상기 상부 및 하부 성형수지를 배터리 팩 상부 및 하부에 조립하고 케이스를 조립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 팩의 제조방법은 케이스를 조립하는 단계 이후에 부속품을 조립하는 단계를 더 포함하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 금형은 독립적으로 1 내지 15 mm의 두께의 시트 형태이고,
상기 시트 형태는 전극 모양에 따른 패턴이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩의 제조방법.
