Claims (15)
- 복수의 전지 셀이, 나란하게 서로 인접하여 적층된 전지 셀 조립체;
상기 전지 셀 조립체를 수용하는 모듈 프레임; 및
상기 전지 셀 조립체의 길이 방향의 양단에 위치하여 상기 모듈 프레임과 용접 결합되는 엔드 플레이트
를 포함하고,
상기 엔드 플레이트는 상기 모듈 프레임과 용접 결합되는 용접부를 포함하는 본체부, 및 상기 용접부를 제외한 상기 본체부 전면을 피복하는 절연 코팅부를 포함하고,
상기 전지 셀 조립체의 전극 리드와 전기적으로 연결되는 버스바를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 엔드 플레이트는 상기 버스바를 노출시키는 단자 개구를 포함하고,
상기 절연 코팅부는 상기 단자 개구를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 엔드 플레이트는, 상기 전지 셀 조립체와 대향하는 내면과, 상기 내면과 반대측에 위치하는 외면을 포함하고, 상기 절연 코팅부는 상기 내면 및 상기 외면에 위치하는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 코팅부는 에폭시계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 폴리카보네이트(PC) 수지, 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌(ABS) 수지로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 코팅부의 두께는 20㎛ 내지 200㎛인 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 코팅부의 두께는 50 내지 140㎛인 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 본체부는 금속 재료로 이루어지는 전지 모듈. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 재료는 철, 알루미늄, 마그네슘 또는 이들의 합금으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 본체부의 두께는 1.0mm 내지 3.5mm인 전지 모듈. - 삭제

상기 버스바가 고정되고, 상기 전지 셀 조립체와 사이 엔드 플레이트 사이에 위치하는 버스바 프레임을 더욱 포함하고, 상기 엔드 플레이트는 상기 버스바 프레임에 바로 인접하여 배치되는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 엔드 플레이트는, 상기 전지 모듈을 외부와 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 외부 결합부를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 외부 결합부에서는 절연 코팅부가 제거되어 상기 본체부가 노출되어 있는 전지 모듈. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 코팅부는 상기 내면측에서 상기 전지 셀 조립체를 향해 돌출된 하나 이상의 돌출부를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항, 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈; 및
상기 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈을 패키징하는 팩 케이스
를 포함하는 전지 팩. - 제 14 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 팩을 포함하는 디바이스.
