Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルを囲むように設けられ、少なくとも一つの開口が形成されたケーシングと、
前記ケーシングと前記バッテリーセルとの間に介在され、前記ケーシングの前記開口を通して前記ケーシングの外側に露出する熱伝達物質と、
を含み、
前記開口は、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルに沿って複数個が設けられており、
前記ケーシングには、いずれか一つの前記開口と、隣接する他の一つの前記開口との間に位置する支持部が備えられているバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱伝達物質に接触する前記支持部の接触部には、ラウンド部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持部は、前記熱伝達物質と同じ平面に位置し、前記支持部と前記熱伝達物質が共に前記ケーシングの外側に露出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持部は前記熱伝達物質と異なる平面に位置し、前記支持部が前記熱伝達物質に埋め込められて、前記支持部を除いた前記熱伝達物質が前記ケーシングの外側に露出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、円筒状に形成された円筒型バッテリーセルであり、
前記熱伝達物質は、前記円筒型バッテリーセルに密着できるように、前記円筒型バッテリーセルの形状に対応する形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ケーシングは、熱伝導プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ケーシングには、縁部から中心部へ進むほど溝の深さが深くなるように形成された放熱溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ケーシングに結合し、前記ケーシングの前記開口を通して前記ケーシングの外側に露出した前記熱伝達物質に接触する放熱部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記放熱部材の少なくとも一側には、前記熱伝達物質が収容される収容溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
