Description
以下、本発明の試験結果に基づき、本発明を詳しく説明する。
Claims (3)
- 銅または銅合金基体表面に、ニッケル基耐熱合金粉末を供給しながらレーザーを照射し、粉末を溶融・固化して形成した厚み0.1~3mmのニッケル基合金層を、厚み0.3~10mmに多層肉盛りした被覆層を形成する連続鋳造用金型の製造方法であって、前記被覆層は、銅の含有量が10wt%以下となるように銅または銅合金の一部が肉盛り層中に固溶した第1層と、第1層上に形成された多層のレーザー肉盛り層を備え、肉盛り層中の銅固溶量が内部から表面に傾斜的に減少する多層レーザー肉盛り層とすることを特徴とする連続鋳造用金型の製造方法。
- ニッケル基耐熱合金粉末が、ハステロイC(53Ni19Mo17Cr)、インコネル(80Ni13Cr)、モネル(65Ni31Cu4(Fe+Mn))、NiCoCrAlY(47.9Ni23Co20Cr8.5Al0.6Y)、NiCr(50Ni50Cr)、Waspaloy(58Ni19Cr14Co4.5Mo3Ti)の一種からなることを特徴とする請求項1の連続鋳造用金型の製造方法。
- 基体表面にニッケル基耐熱合金粉末を供給しながらレーザーを照射する際に、銅または銅合金基体を100~400℃に加熱しながらレーザー肉盛りすることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の連続鋳造用金型の製造方法。
