Claims (16)
- 近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延在する長手方向軸線と、前記長手方向軸線に沿って軸方向に延びる細長い内腔と、前記遠位端にある多斜面の先とを有するカニューレを備え、
前記多斜面の先は、近位斜面、一対の中間斜面、及び一対の遠位斜面を含み、前記近位斜面は、前記長手方向軸線に対して第1の傾斜角度で形成され、前記一対の中間斜面は、前記長手方向軸線に対して第2の傾斜角度で形成され、前記一対の遠位斜面は、第3の傾斜角度が形成され、前記一対の遠位斜面は、前記近位斜面と前記一対の中間斜面に対して前記カニューレの前記長手方向軸線を中心に異なる回転角を有し、前記第2の傾斜角度は、その間に顕著な頂点を画定するために、第1の傾斜角度とは実質的に異なり、
前記多斜面の先は、前記内腔と連通する細長い遠位開口部を形成し、前記近位斜面は、前記多斜面の先の最近位部分から、前記多斜面の先の対向する細長い側部に沿って連続的に長手方向に延び、
前記多斜面の先は、軸方向の全長を有し、前記近位斜面は、前記多斜面の先の前記軸方向の全長の少なくとも半分である軸方向の長さを有し、
少なくとも1つの滑らかな横方向の遷移ゾーンは、前記近位斜面、前記中間斜面、及び前記遠位斜面の少なくとも2つの隣接する斜面の間に形成される、
針。 - 少なくとも1つの滑らかな周辺の遷移ゾーンが、前記近位斜面、前記中間斜面、及び前記遠位斜面と前記内腔を画定する針の内面との間、前記近位斜面、前記中間斜面、及び前記遠位斜面と前記針の外面との間、又はその両方に形成される、
請求項1に記載の針。 - 少なくとも1度の差が、前記第1の傾斜角度と前記第2の傾斜角度との間にもたらされる、

請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の針。 - 前記針が取り付けられたハブと組み合わせて、注射器ペンと交換可能な使用のためのペン針を形成する、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の針。 - 前記注射器ペンと組み合わせる、
請求項8に記載の針。 - 請求項1の前記針における前記多斜面の先端を形成する方法であって、
前記第1の傾斜角度で前記近位斜面を形成するために、針用ブランクを研削するステップと、
第2の傾斜角で一対の中間斜面を形成するために、前記針用ブランクを研削するステップであって、前記第1の傾斜角度及び前記第2の傾斜角度は実質的に等しくないステップと、
前記近位斜面及び前記中間斜面からオフセットした第1の回転角度で第1の遠位斜面を形成するために、前記針用ブランクを研削するステップと、
前記第1の回転角度からオフセットすると共に、前記近位斜面及び前記中間斜面からオフセットした第2の回転角度で第2の遠位斜面を形成するために、前記針用ブランクを研削するステップと、
含む方法。 - 少なくとも2つの前記近位斜面、前記中間斜面、及び前記遠位斜面の間に滑らかな遷移ゾーンを形成するステップをさらに含む、
