Claims (1)
- 内部に混合気が供給されるバーナボディと、バーナボディの開放面を覆う燃焼板部とを備える全一次燃焼式バーナであって、燃焼板部は、額縁状のバーナ枠と、バーナ枠で囲われる開口部をバーナボディ側から覆うように設けられる金属繊維製ニットと、バーナ枠との間に金属繊維製ニットを挟む、多数の分布孔が形成された分布板とで構成され、
バーナ枠は、開口部と同一面上に位置する開口周縁部と、開口周縁部からバーナボディ側に屈曲した側板部とを有するものにおいて、
バーナ枠の開口周縁部に、金属繊維製ニットのみをスポット溶接し、分布板の側端に、バーナボディ側に屈曲した屈曲部を曲成して、バーナ枠の側板部に分布板の屈曲部をスポット溶接することを特徴とする全一次燃焼式バーナ。
