Claims (4)
- 内部に混合気が供給されるバーナボディと、バーナボディの開放面を覆う、混合気噴出部を有する燃焼板とから成るバーナと、バーナボディの開放面を囲うボディフランジ部に締結される一端外周の燃焼筐フランジ部を有し、内部に熱交換器を収納した燃焼筐とを備える燃焼装置であって、
燃焼板の外周に、ボディフランジ部及び燃焼筐フランジ部の内周縁よりも外側に張出し、外周縁がボディフランジ部及び燃焼筐フランジ部の外周縁よりも内側に位置する燃焼板フランジ部が設けられると共に、燃焼板フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間に介設される部分と燃焼板フランジ部の外周縁よりも外側に位置する燃焼筐フランジ部とボディフランジ部との間に介設される部分とを有するパッキンが設けられて、燃焼筐フランジ部がボディフランジ部にパッキンを挟んだ状態で締結されるものにおいて、
バーナボディ内の混合気を混合気噴出部に導く多数の分布孔が形成された分布板を備え、分布板の外周に、パッキンの内周縁よりも内側に位置する燃焼板フランジ部の部分に直接接触する分布板フランジ部が設けられ、
分布板フランジ部の外周縁に、パッキンの内周縁に対向させてボディフランジ部側に内側突起が曲成され、内側突起のボディフランジ部側に位置する部分がボディフランジ部に接触することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記燃焼板は、前記燃焼板フランジ部に対し前記燃焼筐側に凹入した凹入部を有する絞り形状に形成されて、凹入部の底面に前記混合気噴出部が設けられ、前記分布板も、前記分布板フランジ部に対し燃焼筐側に凹入した凹入部を有する絞り形状に形成されて、凹入部の底面に前記分布孔が形成され、分布板の凹入部が燃焼板の凹入部に内挿されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記燃焼板フランジ部に、前記分布板フランジ部に形成した孔に係合する凸部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼装置。
- 請求項1~3の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置であって、前記燃焼筐内に前記混合気噴出部の一部に臨むように挿入される点火プラグを備えるものにおいて、点火プラグを臨ませた混合気噴出部の部分に対向する前記分布板の部分に形成する分布孔を他の部分に形成する分布孔よりも大きくすることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
