Description

このトルク伝達部分が、本体の長手方向軸の方向で、長さLb<Lの複数の開口部(6)を有し、それら開口部間に、内向きに延びて機械的かつ弾性的に変形することにより、スプールにトルクを伝達する、複数のストリップ(7)を画定している、金属性エンドキャップ(3)とを備える。
エンドキャップの第2の端部の長さ(L)は、少なくとも>0.3D、好ましくは、少なくとも>0.5Dであり、Dは、セラミック製スプールを収容する金属製エンドキャップの端部で測定される、内径である。エンドキャップは、実際に、一時的過熱の間であってもスプールを正確に案内しなければならず、そのスプールをエンドキャップと同軸に維持しなければならない。また、過度に短い長さも、エンドキャップに期待される弾性挙動を減少させる。

- 重大な温度変化に曝される環境で使用するためのコンベヤロール組立体において使用するための、一体型金属製エンドキャップ(3)であって、長手方向軸を有し、
回転手段に接続可能な第1の端部(4)、及び第2の端部(5)を含み、前記第2の端部(5)が、
2つの端部と、セラミック製スプールの端部の上に嵌合するように適合されている内径Dと、0.3Dより長い長さLとを有する、一体型本体を含み、前記一体型本体が、前記一体型本体の長手方向軸に沿って、少なくとも3つの連続部分を含み、前記一体型本体の前記2つの端部部分が、実質的な連続表面と、前記2つの端部部分間の1つのトルク伝達部分とを含み、前記トルク伝達部分が、前記長手方向軸の方向で、長さLb<Lの複数の開口部(6)を有し、
前記開口部が長楕円形であり、長手方向であり、同じ長さを有し、前記セラミック製スプールの長手方向軸に平行であり、前記ロール上で均等に分布し、
前記開口部間に、内向きに延びて、前記エンドキャップを前記セラミック製スプール上に組み付ける間、及び温度変化の間に、機械的かつ弾性的に変形可能であることにより、前記スプールにトルクを伝達する、複数のストリップ(7)を画定し、
前記ストリップが厚肉部分(8)を含み、前記ストリップの前記厚肉部分が前記ストリップの中央に存在し、
前記一体型本体が1〜5mmの厚さを有する、一体型金属製エンドキャップ(3)。 - 重大な温度変化に曝される環境での使用に好適なコンベヤロール(1)組立体であって、
a)長手方向軸を有するセラミック製スプール(2)と、
b)前記セラミック製スプールの少なくとも一方の端部の、請求項1に記載の金属性エンドキャップ(3)と、を備える、コンベヤロール(1)組立体。 - 前記セラミック製スプール(2)が、溶融シリカ、ムライト、又はシリマナイトを含む、請求項2に記載のコンベヤロール(1)組立体。
- 重大な温度変化に曝される環境で、平坦な底面の物品を移送するための、請求項2に記載のコンベヤロール(1)組立体の使用。
