Claims (10)

1. Integrirani metalni poklopac (3) za uporabu u sklopu transportnih valjaka, naznačen time, da je namijenjen za uporabu u okruženju izloženom značajnim temperaturnim promjenama, ima uzdužnu os i sadržava prvi kraj (4) koji se može spojiti s rotacijskim sredstvima i drugi kraj (5 ) koji sadržava integralno tijelo s dva kraja, unutarnjeg promjera D prilagođenog da stane na jedan kraj keramičkog valjka i duljine L > 0,3 D, ili poželjno > 0,5 D, pri čemu navedeno integralno tijelo sadržava najmanje tri uzastopna dijela duž uzdužne osi integriranog tijela, dva krajnja dijela integralnog tijela koja sadržavaju kontinuiranu površinu i između tih dijelova, jedan dio za prijenos okretnog momenta, navedeni dio za prijenos okretnog momenta sadržava više otvora (6) duljine Lb < L u smjeru uzdužnog osovina, definirajući između otvora više traka (7) koje se protežu prema unutra i mehanički se i elastično deformiraju tijekom sastavljanja završnog poklopca na keramički valjak i tijekom temperaturnih promjena kako bi se okretni moment prenio na valjak.
2. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time, da su otvori duguljasti.
3. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time, da su otvori postavljeni uzdužno, iste su duljine i paralelni su s uzdužnom osi keramičkog valjka.
4. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da su otvori na valjku ravnomjerno raspoređeni.
5. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da trake koje se pružaju prema unutra sadržavaju deblji dio (8).
6. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da je deblji dio trake u sredini trake.
7. Integrirani metalni poklopac u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da integralno tijelo ima debljinu od 1 do 5 mm.
8. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) prikladan za uporabu u okruženju podložnom značajnim temperaturnim promjenama, naznačen time, da uključuje a) keramički valjak (2) koji ima uzdužnu os; b) barem na jednom kraju keramičkog valjka, metalni poklopac (3) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7.
9. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da keramički valjak (2) sadržava stopljeni kvarc, mulit ili silimanit.
10. Uporaba sklopa transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 9, naznačen time, da se koristi za prijevoz predmeta s ravnim dnom u okolini koja je izložena značajnim temperaturnim promjenama.
