Claims (12)
1. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент (3) для применения в узле конвейерного ролика в среде, подверженной значительным колебаниям температуры, имеющий продольную ось и содержащий
первый конец (4), выполненный с возможностью присоединения к вращающему устройству, и второй конец (5), содержащий
цельный корпус, имеющий два конца, внутренний диаметр D, выполненный с возможностью насаживания на конец керамической катушки, и длину L>0,3 D или предпочтительно>0,5 D, причем указанный цельный корпус содержит по меньшей мере три последовательных участка вдоль продольной оси цельного корпуса, а именно: два торцевых участка цельного корпуса, имеющих по существу непрерывную поверхность, и один участок передачи крутящего момента между этими участками, причем указанный участок передачи крутящего момента содержит множество отверстий (6) длиной Lb<L в направлении продольной оси, образуя между отверстиями множество полос (7), проходящих внутрь и механически упруго деформируемых при нахождении торцевого элемента на керамической катушке и во время колебаний температуры таким образом, чтобы передавать крутящий момент катушке.
2. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по предшествующему пункту, в котором отверстия имеют продолговатую форму.
3. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по любому из пп. 1-2, в котором отверстия являются продольными, имеют одинаковую длину и параллельны продольной оси керамической катушки.
4. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором отверстия распределены равномерно на ролике.
5. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором полосы, проходящие внутрь, содержат утолщенный участок (8).
6. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по п. 5, в котором утолщенный участок полосы находится в середине полосы.
7. Цельный металлический торцевой элемент по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором цельный корпус имеет толщину от 1 до 5 мм.
8. Узел (1) конвейерного ролика, подходящий для применения в среде, подверженной значительным колебаниям температуры, содержащий а) керамическую катушку (2), имеющую продольную ось;b) металлический торцевой элемент (3) по любому из пп. 1-7 по меньшей мере на одном конце керамической катушки.
9. Узел (1) конвейерного ролика по любому из п. 8, в котором керамическая катушка (2) содержит плавленый кварц, муллит или силлиманит.
10. Применение узла (1) конвейерного ролика по любому из пп. 8-9 для транспортировки изделий с плоским дном в среде, подверженной значительным колебаниям температуры.
