Description
(1) 少なくとも1種の光吸収剤を含み、偏光機能を有する偏光層と、前記偏光層に積層された保護層とを備える積層体で構成される光学シートであって、
前記偏光層は、JIS Z 8781−4で規定されるL*a*b*表色系において、a*の値が2.0以上14以下であり、b*の値が13.5以上24以下であり、かつ、
オーストラリア規格Australian/NewZealand Standard 1067−2016で規定された、Q Blue値の大きさが0.70以上であることを特徴とする光学シート。
前記第1ピークの前記ピーク波長における前記光透過率は、5%以上40%以下である上記(1)に記載の光学シート。
前記第1光吸収剤および前記第3光吸収剤は、それぞれ、アゾ系の染料であり、
前記第2光吸収剤は、下記一般式(2)で表される黄色染料である上記(1)ないし(3)のいずれかに記載の光学シート。
前記基材に積層された、上記(1)ないし(4)のいずれかに記載の光学シートと、を備えることを特徴とする光学部品。
図1は、本発明の光学シートが貼着された状態を示す、光学部品としてのサングラスの斜視図である。なお、図1において、サングラスを使用者の頭部に装着した際に、レンズの使用者の目側の面を裏側の面と言い、その反対側の面を表側の面と言う。
図2は、本発明の光学シートの実施形態を示す部分拡大縦断面図、図3は、図2に示す光学シートが備える偏光層の光吸収スペクトルを示すグラフ、図4は、図2に示す光学シートが備える偏光層4に含まれる第2光吸収剤の光吸収スペクトルを示すグラフである。
(偏光層)
偏光層4は、入射光(偏光していない自然光)から、所定の一方向に偏光面をもつ直線偏光を取出す機能を有している。これにより、光学シート10を介して目に入射する入射光は、乱光が除去され、偏光されたものとなる。
保護層1は、光学シート10が眼鏡レンズ30に接合された状態において、最も外側に位置し、保護層1よりも内側の層、すなわち偏光層4を保護する機能を有する。
接着剤層15は、偏光層4と保護層1とを接合する機能を有する。
まず、光学シートの製造方法の説明に先立って、光学シート製造装置について説明する。
これにより、接着剤層15を介して偏光層4と保護層1とが接合された構成をなす、光学シート10を得ることができる。
まず、光学シートが設けられた眼鏡レンズの製造方法の説明に先立って、眼鏡レンズ製造装置について説明する。
1.光吸収剤の準備
(第1光吸収剤)
第1光吸収剤として、下記式(DB−85)で表される青色染料を用意した。
第2光吸収剤として、下記式(1A)、下記式(2A)、下記式(3A)、下記式(4A)で表される黄色染料を、それぞれ用意した。
第3光吸収剤として、下記式(DR−81)で表される赤色染料を用意した。
[実施例1]
[1]まず、ポリビニルアルコールフィルム(クラレ社製「クラレビニロン#7500」)を水槽中で延伸しながら、第1光吸収剤〜第3光吸収剤として表1に示すものを溶解した水溶液にて染色した後にホウ酸溶液中に浸漬処理し、さらに水洗、乾燥処理を行うことで偏光層4を得た。
なお、得られた偏光層4の厚さは、0.02mmであった。
光学シート10の形成に用いる、第1光吸収剤〜第3光吸収剤の種類およびその含有量を、表1に示すように変更したこと以外は、前記実施例1と同様にして実施例2〜9、比較例1〜3の光学シートを得た。
各実施例および各比較例の光学シートを、以下の方法で評価した。
上記のように製造した光学シートを通して青色造形物の写真を撮り、この写真を10人にそれぞれ青色識別が可能か否かを確認した。
B:10人中6〜9人が識別可能
C:10人中2〜5人が識別可能
D:10人中1人が識別可能

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1種の光吸収剤を含み、偏光機能を有する偏光層と、前記偏光層に積層された保護層とを備える積層体で構成される光学シートであって、
前記偏光層は、JIS Z 8781−4で規定されるL*a*b*表色系において、a*の値が2.0以上14以下であり、b*の値が13.5以上24以下であり、かつ、
オーストラリア規格Australian/NewZealand Standard 1067−2016で規定された、Q Blue値の大きさが0.70以上であることを特徴とする光学シート。 - 前記偏光層は、その光吸収スペクトルにおいて、460nm以上510nm以下の波長域に光透過率のピーク波長を備える第1ピークを有し、
前記第1ピークの前記ピーク波長における前記光透過率は、5%以上40%以下である請求項1に記載の光学シート。 - 前記第1ピークにおける透過率の半値幅は、20nm以上60nm以下である請求項2に記載の光学シート。
- 基材と、
前記基材に積層された、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の光学シートと、を備えることを特徴とする光学部品。
