Description

Claims (20)
- 共有スペクトルを使用するeNodeBであって、前記eNodeBはプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、
第2の無線アクセス技術(RAT)が補助セル(SCell)内において使用されていることを決定し、
前記第2のRATが前記SCell内において使用されていると決定されたとき、前記SCellに対する共存パターンを決定し、前記共存パターンは、第1のRATおよび前記第2のRATが前記SCell内で共存できることを保証するSCell OFF−stateを含み、
前記SCellに対する前記共存パターンを使用して無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)に前記SCellを介して信号を送る
ように構成されたことを特徴とするeNodeB。 - 前記信号は、同期信号であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第2のRATが前記SCell内で使用されていることを感知することによって、前記第2のRATが前記SCell内で使用されていることを決定するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記信号は、管理情報ベース(MIB)信号を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記SCell OFF−stateの間、前記第1のRATを使用している送信を防ぐようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記SCellに対する前記共存パターンは、SCell ON−stateをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記SCell ON−stateの間、前記信号を送ることにより、前記SCellに対する前記共存パターンを使用して前記WTRUに前記信号を送るように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記プロセッサは、データが前記第1のRATを介して前記WTRUに送られることになるかどうかを決定するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記WTRUに前記SCellに対する前記共存パターンを送るようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のeNodeB。
- 共有スペクトルのチャネルにおいて第1の無線アクセス技術(RAT)を使用するeNodeBであって、前記eNodeBはプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、
第2のRATがセル内で使用されていることを決定し、
前記第2のRATが前記セル内において使用されていると決定されたとき、前記セルに対する共存パターンを決定し、前記共存パターンは、前記第1のRATおよび前記第2のRATが前記セル内で共存できることを保証するOFF−stateを含み、
前記セルに対する前記共存パターンを使用して前記第1のRATを介して無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)に信号を送る
ように構成されたことを特徴とするeNodeB。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記WTRUに前記共存パターンを送るようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記信号は第1の信号であり、および前記プロセッサは、第2の信号が前記第2のRATを介して前記共有スペクトルの前記チャネルにおいて送られたことを感知することにより、前記第2のRATが前記セル内で使用されていることを決定するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記第1のRATはロングタームエボリューション(LTE)であり、前記第2のRATはWi−Fiであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記信号は、同期信号であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のeNodeB。
- 前記信号は、管理情報ベース(MIB)信号を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のeNodeB。
- 共有スペクトルにおいてチャネルを使用する無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)であって、前記WTRUはプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、
補助セル(SCell)に対する共存パターンを受信し、前記共存パターンは、第1の無線アクセス技術(RAT)および第2のRATが前記SCell内で共存できることを保証するSCell OFF−stateを含み、前記第2のRATが前記SCell内において使用されていることを示しており、
前記SCellに対する前記共存パターンを使用してeNodeBから前記SCellを介して信号を受信する
ように構成されたことを特徴とするWTRU。 - 前記信号は、同期信号であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のWTRU。
- 前記信号は、管理情報ベース(MIB)を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のWTRU。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記SCell OFF−stateの間、前記第1のRATを使用している送信を防ぐように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のWTRU。
