球状シリカ−アルミナセラミック球(Zeeospheres W−210、1〜12μm、製造者3M)250gを、脱イオン水1.8lに懸濁し、激しく攪拌しながら75℃に加熱する。395gの量のTiCl4溶液(30%)をpH2.2で3.3ml/分の速度でこの混合液中へ量り入れ、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(32%)によってpHを一定に保つ。
二酸化チタンおよびベルリンブルーで被覆された微小球
球状シリカ−アルミナセラミック球(Zeeospheres W−210、1〜12μm、製造者3M)250gを、脱イオン水1.8lに懸濁し、激しく攪拌しながら75℃に加熱する。395gの量のTiCl4溶液(30%)をpH2.2で3.3ml/分の速度でこの混合液中へ量り入れ、水酸化ナトリウム溶液(32%)によってpHを一定に保つ。15分の後攪拌時間の後、水酸化ナトリウム溶液によってpHを7.0に調整する。FeSO4×7H2O2.6g、硫酸(約97%)0.06gおよび脱イオン水65gから成る溶液を、このpHで約45分にわたって量り入れる。この添加の間、水酸化アンモニウム溶液(10%)によってpHを一定に保つ。引き続いて、K4[Fe(CN)6]×3H2O3.64gの脱イオン水195g中溶液を、約70分にわたって量り入れ、この混合液をさらに30分間攪拌する。反応の間ずっと、空気(4〜6l/h)を懸濁液中に送り込む。反応溶液の添加が完了したら、混合液をさらに30分間攪拌する。
<実施例A1>
アイシャドージェル
アロエベラ粉末をA相の水に溶解し、次いでCarbopolを除く全ての顔料および残りの成分を添加し、分散する。粘度を下げるために数滴のクエン酸を用いて酸性化し、次いで攪拌しながらCarbopolを散布して入れる。完全に溶解したら、前もって溶解させたB相中でゆっくり攪拌し(ホモジナイズしない)、引き続いて、C相を添加する。必要ならば、クエン酸溶液を用いてpHを7.0〜7.5の間に調整する。

クリーム状アイシャドー
攪拌しながら、全てが融解するまでB相を約80℃に加熱し、65℃に冷却する。次いで、攪拌しながらA相の成分を添加し、65℃で組成物を供給容器に注ぐ。室温まで冷却させる。

つや消しファンデーション
KeltrolをA相の水にゆっくり添加し、分散する。攪拌しながらA相の残りの成分を散布して入れる。B相の成分をA相に添加し、Ultra−Turrax T25(赤−青設定、13500〜20500rpm)を用いて3分間ホモジナイズし、凝集体を調べる。A/B相およびC相を別々に75℃に加熱する。攪拌しながらC相をA/B相に添加し、Ultra−Turrax T25(黄−緑設定、8000〜9500rpm)を用いて2分間ホモジナイズする。55℃と60℃との間でD相を添加し、40℃でE相を添加し、さらに攪拌しながら室温まで冷却して、30%クエン酸を用いてpHを7.0に調整する。次いで、適当な容器の中へ移す。全ての皮膚のタイプに適した、明るい、わずかに不透明なファンデーションが得られる。アボガド油、酢酸ビタミンEおよび細胞を保護するRonaCare(登録商標)エクトインがスキンケア作用を支える。

攪拌しながら、アロエベラおよびRonaCare(登録商標)アラントインをA相の水に予め溶解し、次いでA相の他の成分を添加し、60℃に加熱する。ホホバ油、Oxynex K液体、Cosmacol EMI、Eutanol GおよびTegosoft TNを攪拌した容器の中へ導入し、次いでディスパーサーディスク(約700rpm、20分)を用いてcarbopolを均一に取り込む。次いで、B相の残りの成分を添加し、全てを攪拌して均一な混合物を得て、空気の過剰な取り込みを防ぐために、B相のちょうど終わりでProtelan AGL95/Cを添加する。ディスパーサーディスクを用いて、60℃でA相をB相(RT)中でゆっくり乳化する。C相およびD相を添加し、次いでUltra−Turrax T50、速度4を用いて、4分間ホモジナイズする。室温に冷却する。

Claims (22)
- 球状粒子に基づく顔料であって、
・前記球状粒子が0.1〜100μmの粒径を有する球状シリカ−アルミナセラミック球であり、
・ZrO2、ZnO、Al2O3、TiO2、Fe2O3、Fe3O4、FeOOHから成る群から選択され、表面上に不規則に分布している凝集体、もしくは表面上に不規則に分布しているBaSO4の凝集体またはこれらの混合物で表面(第1層)が被覆されていることを特徴とする顔料。 - ・金属酸化物もしくは金属酸化物混合物、レーキ、またはベルリンブルーを含むさらなる層(第2層)で被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の顔料。
- 前記球状粒子が0.3〜50μmの粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の顔料。
- 前記球状粒子が0.5〜15μmの粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の顔料。
- 前記球状粒子が、前記第1層上、または、前記第2層が存在している場合は前記第2層上に、SiO2を含む外層(上面層)を更に有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 前記第1層が、0.01〜2μmの平均層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 前記最外層(上面層)が、0.01〜1μmの平均厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の顔料。
- 前記顔料中のレーキの重量比率が、0.1〜30重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 前記球状粒子(ベース基材)が、表面に以下の被覆:
球状ベース基材+TiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2/Fe2O3
球状ベース基材+TiO2/Fe2O3+SiO2
球状ベース基材+Fe2O3+SiO2
球状ベース基材+FeO(OH)+SiO2
球状ベース基材+Fe3O4+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiFe2O5+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2+Fe2O3+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2+Fe3O4+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2+Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3
球状ベース基材+TiO2+Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3+SiO2
球状ベース基材+TiO2+カーマインレーキ
球状ベース基材+TiO2+カーマインレーキ+SiO2
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。 - 10〜200の吸油値(DIN ISO 787/5−1980(E)に従って測定される)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 1〜200m2/gのBET表面積(DIN 9277:2003−05に従って測定される)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 光、温度、および天候安定性を高めるため、前記第1層上に、または、前記第2層が存在しており前記外層(上面層)が存在していない場合は前記第2層上に、または、前記外層(上面層)が存在している場合は前記外層(上面層)上に、外側保護層をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の顔料。
- 前記球状粒子を、酸または塩基の存在下で、凝集体または層を形成する原材料の溶液を、均一に同時もしくは非同時に添加することにより、水性懸濁液中に層材料を沈殿させることによって凝集体または層材料で被覆し、濾過し、洗浄し、乾燥し、ふるいにかけることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料の調製方法。
- 乾燥後でふるいにかける前に、か焼することを特徴とする、請求項13項に記載の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料の、塗料、被覆剤、印刷用インク、機密印刷用インク、プラスチック類、セラミック材料、ガラス類における使用、化粧用配合物における使用、トレーサーとしての使用、フィラーとしての使用、ならびに顔料調製物および乾燥調製物を調製するための使用。
- 化粧用配合物、塗料、工業用被覆剤、粉末被覆剤、プラスチック類またはセラミックにおける請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料の使用。
- 前記化粧用配合物は、マニキュア、口紅、コンパクトパウダー、ジェル、ローション、石鹸または練り歯磨きである、請求項16の使用。
- パーソナルケア用途における請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料の使用。
- 前記パーソナルケア用途は、ボディローション、エマルジョン、石鹸またはシャンプーである、請求項18に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料を含む配合物。
- 請求項20に記載の化粧用配合物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の顔料に加えて、吸収剤、収斂剤、抗菌物質、抗酸化剤、制汗剤、消泡剤、抗ふけ活性化合物、帯電防止剤、結合剤、生物学的添加剤、漂白剤、キレート剤、防臭剤、皮膚軟化剤、乳化剤、エマルジョン安定化剤、染料、湿潤剤、フィルム形成剤、フィラー、芳香剤、フレーバー、虫忌避剤、防腐剤、防錆剤、化粧用油、溶剤、酸化剤、植物性成分、緩衝物質、還元剤、界面活性剤、噴霧ガス、乳白剤、UVフィルターおよびUV吸収剤、変性剤、粘度調整剤、香料ならびにビタミンから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項20または21に記載の配合物。
