Claims (13)
- 구형 입자가 0.1 내지 100㎛의 입자 직경을 갖고, ZrO2, ZnO, Al2O3, TiO2, Fe2O3, Fe3O4 및 FeOOH로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 응집체 또는 BaSO4, 또는 이들의 혼합물이 표면(제 1 층)에 코팅되고, 금속 산화물 또는 금속 산화물 혼합물, 레이크(lake), 또는 베를린 블루(Berlin Blue)를 포함하는 추가의 층(제 2 층)으로 선택적으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구형 입자를 기반으로 한 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
구형 입자가 SiO2를 포함하는 외층(상부 층)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제 1 층이 0.01 내지 2㎛의 평균 층 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
최외층(상부 층)이 0.01 내지 1㎛의 평균 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구형 입자가 마그네슘 실리케이트, 알루미늄 실리케이트, 알칼리 금속 알루미늄 실리케이트, 알칼리 토 금속 알루미늄 실리케이트 및 이들의 조합, 이산화규소, 유리 구, 중공 유리 구, 나일론, 폴리아크릴레이트 및 산화알루미늄으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구형 입자(베이스 기재)가 표면에 다음과 같은 코팅을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료:

구형 베이스 기재 + Fe3O4 + SiO2
구형 베이스 기재 + TiFe2O5 + SiO2
구형 베이스 기재 + TiO2 + Fe2O3 + SiO2
구형 베이스 기재 + TiO2 + Fe3O4 + SiO2
구형 베이스 기재 + TiO2 + Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3
구형 베이스 기재 + TiO2 + Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3 + SiO2

10 내지 200의 오일 흡수 값(DIN ISO 787/5-1980(E)에 따라 측정됨)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
1 내지 200m2/g의 BET 표면적(DIN 9277: 2003-05에 따라 측정됨)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
빛, 온도 및 기후 안정성을 증가시키기 위한 외부 보호 층을 추가적으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료. - 산 또는 염기의 존재하에 응집체- 또는 층-형성 원료의 용액을 실질적으로 균일하게 동시에 또는 비동시에 첨가함으로써 층 물질을 수성 현탁액 중에 침전시켜 구형 입자를 응집체 또는 층 물질로 코팅하고, 여과 제거하고, 세척하고, 건조하고, 선택적으로 하소하고, 체질하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안료의 제조 방법.
- 페인트, 코팅, 프린팅 잉크, 보안 프린팅 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 물질, 유리, 화장품용 배합물에서, 트레이서(tracer), 충전제로서, 안료 제제 및 건조 제제의 제조를 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안료의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안료를 포함하는 배합물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안료 외에도, 흡수제, 아스트린젠트, 항균성 물질, 항산화제, 지한제, 거품 억제제, 항비듬 활성 화합물, 정전기 방지제, 결합제, 생물학적 첨가제, 표백제, 킬레이트화제, 방취제, 연화제, 유화제, 에멀젼 안정화제, 염료, 보습제, 필름-형성제, 충전제, 방향제, 풍미제, 방충제, 방부제, 항부식제, 화장품용 오일, 용매, 산화제, 식물성 요소, 완충제 물질, 환원제, 계면활성제, 추진 가스, 유백제, UV 필터 및 UV 흡수제, 변성제, 점도 조절제, 향수 및 비타민으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배합물.
