前記Ni及び/又はCrを含む層の上に少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層の上にAgを含む第2の層を配置する工程と、
前記Agを含む第2の層の上にそれと接触させてNi及びTiを含む第1の層を配置する工程と、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第1の層の上に少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層の上にAgを含む第3の層を配置する工程と、
前記Agを含む第3の層の上にそれと接触させてNi及びTiを含む第2の層を配置する工程と、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第2の層の上に少なくとも1層の第4誘電体層を配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第1の層並びに前記Ni及びTiを含む第2の層の少なくとも一方におけるNiとTiの重量比がNi:Ti=10:90〜30:70である

請求項1又は2に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層、前記少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層及び前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層がそれぞれ、前記Agを含む第1の層、前記Agを含む第2の層及び前記Agを含む第3の層の下位にあって、それらと直接接触している亜鉛を含む層を包含する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記コーティングの最外層として、ケイ素を包含する第1の層を配置する工程を更に含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層内の最下層として、ケイ素を包含する第2の層を更に含む、
請求項5に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記ケイ素を包含する第1の層及び前記ケイ素を包含する第2の層が窒化ケイ素を含む、
請求項6に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記コーティングのシート抵抗が1.2Ω/平方以下である、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記被覆物品の可視透過率が少なくとも65%である、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記Ni及び/又はCrを含む層がNiとTiの両方又はそれらの酸化物を包含する、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 基板上に少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層の上にAgを含む第1の層を配置する工程と、
前記Agを含む第1の層の上にそれと接触させてNi及び/又はCrを含む層を配置する工程と、
前記Ni及び/又はCrを含む層の上に少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層の上にAgを含む第2の層を配置する工程と、
前記Agを含む第2の層の上にそれと接触させてNi及び/又はTiを含む第1の層を配置する工程と、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第1の層の上に少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層を配置する工程と、
前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層の上にAgを含む第3の層を配置する工程と、
前記Agを含む第3の層の上にそれと接触させてNi及び/又はTiを含む第2の層を配置する工程と、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第2の層の上に少なくとも1層の第4誘電体層を配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第1の層並びに前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第2の層の少なくとも一方におけるNiとTiの重量比がNi:Ti=10:90〜30:70であり、
前記Agを含む第3の層がAgを含む第2の層よりも厚い、
ガラス基板によって支持されたコーティングを包含する熱処理可能な被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層、前記少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層及び前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層がそれぞれ、前記Agを含む第1の層、前記Agを含む第2の層及び前記Agを含む第3の層の下位にあって、それらと直接接触している亜鉛を含む層を包含する、
請求項11に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記コーティングの最外層としてケイ素を包含する第1の層を配置する工程を更に含む、
請求項11又は12に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層内の最下層として、ケイ素を包含する第2の層を配置する工程を更に備え、そして前記ケイ素を包含する第1の層及び前記ケイ素を包含する第2の層が窒化ケイ素を含む、
請求項13に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 熱処理後の前記コーティングのシート抵抗が1.0以下であり、また、前記被覆物品の可視透過率が少なくとも65%である、
請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記コーティングが上に配置された前記被覆物品を熱処理する工程を更に含む、
請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 断熱ガラス(insulated glass、IG)ユニットの製造方法であって、
請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って製造された被覆物品を提供する工程と、
前記被覆物品との間に間隙を形成するように、前記被覆物品と実質上平行に間隔を空けて第2基板をセットする工程と、
前記被覆物品と前記第2基板との間にエッジシールを供給する工程と、
を含み、
前記被覆物品の前記コーティングが前記IGユニットの表面2又は表面3の上に供給される、
断熱ガラス(insulated glass、IG)ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記IGユニットのLSGが2.15以上である、
請求項17に記載の断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - 前記第2基板と前記被覆物品の前記基板の厚さがそれぞれ6mmであり、そして前記被覆物品と前記第2基板との間の間隙が12mmである、
請求項17又は18に記載の断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - ガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板上の少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層と、
前記少なくとも1層の第1誘電体層の上のAgを含む第1の層と、
前記Agを含む第1の層の上にありかつそれと接触しているNi及び/又はCrを含む層と、
前記Ni及び/又はCrを含む層の上の少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層と、
前記少なくとも1層の第2誘電体層の上のAgを含む第2の層と、
前記Agを含む第2の層の上にありかつそれと接触しているNi及びTiを含む第1の層と、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第1の層の上の少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層と、
前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層の上のAgを含む第3の層と、
前記Agを含む第3の層の上にありかつそれと接触しているNi及びTiを含む第2の層と、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第2の層の上の少なくとも1層の第4誘電体層と、
を備え、
前記Ni及びTiを含む第1の層並びに前記Ni及びTiを含む第2の層の少なくとも一方におけるNiとTiの重量比がNi:Ti=10:90〜30:70である
被覆物品。 - 前記被覆物品のシート抵抗が1.2Ω/平方以下である、
請求項20に記載の被覆物品。 - 前記被覆物品の可視透過率が少なくとも65%である、
請求項20又は21に記載の被覆物品。 - 前記Agを含む第3の層がAgを含む第2の層よりも厚い、

前記Agを含む第2の層の上にありかつそれと接触しているNi及び/又はTiを含む第1の層と、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第1の層の上の少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層と、
前記少なくとも1層の第3誘電体層の上のAgを含む第3の層と、
前記Agを含む第3の層の上にありかつそれと接触しているNi及び/又はTiを含む第2の層と、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第2の層の上の少なくとも1層の第4誘電体層と、
を備え、
前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第1の層並びに前記Ni及び/又はTiを含む第2の層の少なくとも一方におけるNiとTiの重量比がNi:Ti=10:90〜30:70であり、
