Claims (12)
- 투명 기판 및 상기 투명 기판의 일면에 형성된 저방사 코팅을 포함하고,
상기 저방사 코팅은, 상기 투명 기판으로부터 순차적으로 적층된: 제1 유전체층, 제2 유전체층, 하부 배리어층, 제3 유전체층, 제1 저방사 보호층, 저방사층, 제2 저방사 보호층, 제4 유전체층, 제5 유전체층, 상부 배리어층 및 제6 유전체층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 유전체층의 굴절률과 상기 제3 유전체층의 굴절률은 각각 상기 제2 유전체층의 굴절률 보다 낮고,
상기 제4 유전체층의 굴절률과 상기 제6 유전체층의 굴절률은 각각 상기 제5 유전체층의 굴절률 보다 낮은
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 제3 유전체층, 제4 유전체층 및 제6 유전체층의 굴절률은 각각 2.2 이하이고,
상기 제2 유전체층 및 제5 유전체층의 굴절률은 각각 2.3 이상인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 제3 유전체층, 제4 유전체층 및 제6 유전체층은 각각 Si, Al, Zn 또는 Sn의 금속, 상기 금속의 적어도 2종을 포함하는 복합금속, 상기 금속의 산화물, 상기 금속의 질화물, 상기 금속의 산화질화물, 상기 복합금속의 산화물, 상기 복합금속의 질화물, 상기 복합금속의 산화질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유전체층, 상기 제3 유전체층, 제4 유전체층 및 제6 유전체층은 각각 질화실리콘알루미늄을 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 유전체층 및 제5 유전체층은 각각 Ti, Zr, Nb, Ta 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 산화물, 산질화물 또는 이들 모두를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 배리어층 및 상기 상부 배리어층은 각각: Si, Zr, Ti, Nb, Ni 또는 Cr의 금속, 상기 금속의 적어도 2종을 포함하는 복합금속, 상기 금속의 질화물, 상기 복합 금속의 질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3 유전체층, 상기 제6 유전체층 또는 이들 모두의 상부에 추가적인 고굴절층 및 추가적인 저굴절층이 순서대로 적층되어 더 포함되고,
상기 추가적인 저굴절층은 굴절률이 2.2 이하이고
상기 추가적인 고굴절층은 굴절률이 2.3 이상인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사 코팅은 상기 투명 기판에 접하도록 최하부에 위치하는 최하부 배리어층을 더 포함하고,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 Si, Zr 또는 Ti의 금속, 상기 금속의 적어도 2종을 포함하는 복합금속, 상기 금속의 산화물, 상기 금속의 산화질화물, 상기 복합 금속의 산화물, 상기 복합 금속의 산화질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제6 유전체층 상부에 최상부 보호층을 더 포함하고,
상기 최상부 보호층은 지르코늄계 화합물을 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사층은 방사율이 0.01 내지 0.3인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사 보호층은 가시광선 영역의 소멸 계수가 1.5 내지 3.5인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 기판은 80% 내지 100%의 가시광선 투과율을 갖는 유리 또는 투명 플라스틱 기판인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
