도 3은 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 창호용 기능성 건축 자재에 대하여 내습성 평가를 위한 특정 조건 하에서의 광학 현미경 이미지이다.
도 4는 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조된 창호용 기능성 건축 자재에 대하여 내마모성 평가를 위한 특정 조건 하에서의 광학 현미경 이미지이다.

Claims (14)
- 투명 유리 기판 및 상기 투명 유리 기판의 일면에 형성된 저방사 코팅을 포함하고,
상기 저방사 코팅은 최하부 배리어층, 유전체층, 저방사 보호층, 저방사층 및 최상부 보호층을 포함하고,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 상기 투명 유리 기판에 접하도록 상기 저방사 코팅의 최하부에 위치하고, 상기 최상부 보호층은 상기 저방사 코팅이 외부로 노출되는 최상부에 위치하고,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 상기 투명 유리 기판에 접하는 제1층과 상기 제1층 상부에 위치하는 제2층을 포함하는 다층 구조이고,
상기 제1층은 금속 또는 복합 금속을 포함하고,
상기 제2층은 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물, 금속 산질화물, 복합 금속 산화물, 복합 금속 질화물, 복합 금속 산질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 Si, Zr 또는 Ti이고, 상기 복합 금속은 SiAl, ZrSi 또는 TiZr인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2층이 실리콘산화물, 실리콘알루미늄산화물, 지르코늄산화물, 지르코늄실리콘산화물, 티타늄산화물, 티타늄지르코늄산화물, 실리콘산질화물, 실리콘알루미늄산질화물, 지르코늄산질화물, 지르코늄실리콘산질화물, 티타늄산질화물, 티타늄지르코늄산질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 최하부 배리어층은 추가적으로 Si, Zr 또는 Ti의 금속; SiAl, ZrSi 또는 TiZr의 복합금속;을 포함하는 추가 금속층을 더 포함하거나, 실리콘산화물, 실리콘알루미늄산화물, 지르코늄산화물, 지르코늄실리콘산화물, 티타늄산화물, 티타늄지르코늄산화물, 실리콘산질화물, 실리콘알루미늄산질화물, 지르코늄산질화물, 지르코늄실리콘산질화물, 티타늄산질화물, 티타늄지르코늄산질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나를 포함하는 추가 금속화합물층을 더 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사 보호층은 단일 층 또는 복수의 층으로 포함되고, 상기 저방사층의 일면 또는 양면에 위치하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층은 단일 층 또는 복수의 층으로 포함되는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층은 복수의 층으로 포함되고, 상기 저방사층의 양면에 순차적으로 상기 저방사 보호층 및 상기 유전체층이 형성되어 대칭 구조를 형성한
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사층은 Ag, Au, Cu, Al, Pt, 이온 도핑 금속 산화물 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사층은 방사율이 0.01 내지 0.3인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저방사 보호층은 가시광선 영역의 소멸 계수가 1.5 내지 3.5인

상기 유전체층은 금속 산화물, 금속 질화물 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하거나,
상기 적어도 하나에, 비스무트(Bi), 붕소(B), 알루미늄(Al), 규소(Si), 마그네슘(Mg), 안티몬(Sb), 베릴륨(Be) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소가 도핑된 물질을 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층은 산화티타늄, 산화주석아연, 산화아연, 산화아연알루미늄, 산화주석, 산화비스무스, 질화실리콘, 질화실리콘알루미늄, 질화실리콘주석 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 유리 기판은 80% 내지 100%의 가시광선 투과율을 갖는 유리 또는 투명 플라스틱 기판인
창호용 기능성 건축 자재.
