Claims (4)
- 全体的に焼き入れされた金属製の補強部材を、車体フレームから左右一対で突出する支持部材に架け渡して構成されるバンパーにおいて、
補強部材は、支持部材に挟まれる区間に、焼き入れされた全体に比べて相対的に強度の低い非焼き入れ部位を2箇所形成してなり、
背面に当接する支持部材の左右内側の輪郭から左右中央までの距離と前記輪郭から前面に形成される非焼き入れ部位の左右内側の輪郭までの距離との比が、焼き入れ部位の強度と非焼き入れ部位の強度との比に等しくしたことを特徴とするバンパー。 - 補強部材は、左右対称に非焼き入れ部位を2箇所形成した請求項1記載のバンパー。
- 補強部材は、少なくとも前面に非焼き入れ部位を形成した請求項1又は2いずれか記載のバンパー。
- 補強部材は、角形中空断面で、少なくとも前面に非焼き入れ部位を形成した請求項1〜3いずれか記載のバンパー。
