Claims (2)
- 質量%で、C:0.30〜0.50%、Si:0.05〜1.00%、Mn:0.20〜1.50%、P:0.030%以下、S:0.030%以下、Cr:0.66〜2.00%、Sn:0.020%以下、Al:0.036〜0.070%、N:0.0020〜0.0100%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる鋼で、上記組成のAl含有量とN含有量から求められる固溶Alの含有量は、上記組成のAl含有量からN含有量の(27/14)倍を引いた値によって求められる固溶Alの含有量が0.018%以上を満足し、かつPおよびSnの含有量の和が0.040%未満を満足することを特徴とする寒冷地の酷しい環境下で使用可能な靱性に優れた機械構造用鋼。
- 請求項1の組成に加え、Mo:0.02〜0.30%を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる鋼で、上記組成のAl含有量とN含有量から求められる固溶Alの含有量は、上記組成のAl含有量からN含有量の(27/14)倍を引いた値によって求められる固溶Alの含有量が0.018%以上を満足し、かつPおよびSnの含有量の和が0.040%未満を満足することを特徴とする寒冷地等の酷しい環境下で使用可能な靱性に優れた機械構造用鋼。
