Claims (3)
- 駆動用電動機と、該駆動用電動機の動力を伝達する動力伝達部材に一方向クラッチを介して連結されたオイルポンプとを収容する電気自動車用トランスアクスルであって、
前記一方向クラッチは、前記オイルポンプに連結されたインナーレースと前記動力伝達部材に連結されたアウターレースとの間に介在させられるとともに、該インナーレースの外周面に設けられた鍔部と該インナーレースとを回転可能に支持する支持部材との間で回転軸線方向において保持されており、
前記一方向クラッチと前記鍔部との間および該一方向クラッチと前記支持部材との間に、油溝を有する摺動ワッシャがそれぞれ設けられ、
前記動力伝達部材は、前記駆動用電動機の回転を減速するために該駆動用電動機と同心に設けられた遊星歯車式減速機のリングギヤであり、
前記アウターレースは、該リングギヤの内周歯と係合させられて、前記駆動用電動機と同じ回転軸線まわりに該リングギヤと共に回転可能に設けられたものであり、
前記インナーレースは、前記アウターレースの内周側に位置した状態で前記オイルポンプに連結されて、前記駆動用電動機と同じ回転軸線まわりに該オイルポンプと共に回転可能に設けられたものであることを特徴とする電気自動車用トランスアクスル。 - 前記オイルポンプは、前記駆動用電動機の前記一方向クラッチ側とは反対側に配置されて、該駆動用電動機のロータを貫通した状態で相対回転可能に設けられたオイルポンプシャフトを介して前記インナーレースと連結されている請求項1の電気自動車用トランスアクスル。
- 前記鍔部の前記インナーレースの外周面からの高さは、前記摺動ワッシャの高さ以上である請求項1または2の電気自動車用トランスアクスル。
