Description
本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルの構成について図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るトランスアクスル10の構造を示す縦断面図である。
次に、本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルの構造上の効果について図2を用いて説明する。図2において、図2(A)は本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルの遊星歯車減速機の構造を模式的に表し、図2(B)は特許文献1に開示されている従来のトランスアクスルの遊星歯車減速機の構造を模式的に表している。トランスアクスルの小型化という目標の達成のためには、遊星歯車減速機を小径化する必要がある。特に、本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルや特許文献1に開示された従来のトランスアクスルのように遊星歯車減速機がステップドピニオンを備える場合、その小径化のためには、ステップドピニオンの大径ピニオンの軌道径L,L″を小さくする必要がある。

トランスアクスルでは、遊星歯車減速機や差動装置の必要個所に潤滑用のオイルが供給される。ステップドピニオンを回転自在にするベアリングも、オイルの供給が必要な個所の一つである。図6に示す従来のトランスアクスルでは、ピニオンシャフト205はキャリア220に固定されているので、キャリア220の内部からピニオンシャフト205の内部に通じる油路を形成し、その油路からピニオンシャフト205の外側に配置されたニードルベアリング206,207へオイルを供給することができる。しかし、キャリア220からピニオンシャフト205へオイルを供給する油路を形成した場合、オイルには遠心力が作用するため、オイルが積極的にピニオンシャフト205へ流れ、キャリア220の側、すなわち、差動装置の側でオイルの不足が生じる可能性がある。
本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルは種々変形することができる。まず、本実施形態に係るトランスアクスルにおけるステップドピニオンの支持構造の変形例から図を用いて説明する。

- 遊星歯車減速機と差動装置と前記遊星歯車減速機及び前記差動装置を収容するトランスアクスルケースとを備え、電動機の動力を前記遊星歯車減速機と前記差動装置とを介して車軸に伝達するトランスアクスルにおいて、
前記遊星歯車減速機は、
前記電動機の出力軸に設けられたサンギヤと噛み合う大径ピニオンと、前記トランスアクスルケースに固定されたリングギヤと噛み合う小径ピニオンと、前記大径ピニオンと前記小径ピニオンとが一体化されたピニオンシャフトとを備えるステップドピニオンと、
前記小径ピニオンよりも前記大径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第1端部から前記大径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第1ニードルベアリングと、
前記大径ピニオンよりも前記小径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第2端部から前記小径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第2ニードルベアリングと、
前記第1ニードルベアリング及び前記第2ニードルベアリングを介して前記ステップドピニオンを回転自在に支持し、前記ステップドピニオンと前記差動装置とを連結するキャリアと、を備え、
前記トランスアクスルは、
前記トランスアクスルケースに形成されたケース内部油路と、
前記キャリアに形成され前記差動装置に通じるキャリア内部油路と、
前記ピニオンシャフトの軸に形成され、前記第2端部に開口を有し前記第1ニードルベアリング及び前記第2ニードルベアリングに通じるシャフト内部油路と、
前記ケース内部油路から前記キャリア内部油路へオイルを導く第1オイル導入部と、
前記ケース内部油路の前記第1オイル導入部よりも上流において、前記ケース内部油路から前記第2端部に形成された前記開口を通して前記シャフト内部油路へオイルを導く第2オイル導入部と、を備える
ことを特徴とするトランスアクスル。 - 遊星歯車減速機と差動装置と前記遊星歯車減速機及び前記差動装置を収容するトランスアクスルケースとを備え、電動機の動力を前記遊星歯車減速機と前記差動装置とを介して車軸に伝達するトランスアクスルにおいて、
前記遊星歯車減速機は、
前記電動機の出力軸に設けられたサンギヤと噛み合う大径ピニオンと、前記トランスアクスルケースに固定されたリングギヤと噛み合う小径ピニオンと、前記大径ピニオンと前記小径ピニオンとが一体化されたピニオンシャフトとを備えるステップドピニオンと、
前記小径ピニオンよりも前記大径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第1端部から前記大径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第1ニードルベアリングと、
前記大径ピニオンよりも前記小径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第2端部から前記小径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第2ニードルベアリングと、
前記第1ニードルベアリング及び前記第2ニードルベアリングを介して前記ステップドピニオンを回転自在に支持し、前記ステップドピニオンと前記差動装置とを連結するキャリアと、を備え、
前記トランスアクスルは、
前記キャリアに設けられ前記ステップドピニオンの前記第1端部の方向への移動を規制する第1ストッパと、
前記キャリアに設けられ前記ステップドピニオンの前記第2端部の方向への移動を規制する第2ストッパと、
前記ステップドピニオンに形成され前記第1ストッパに対向する第1対向面と、
前記ステップドピニオンに形成され前記第2ストッパに対向する第2対向面と、
前記第1ストッパと前記第1対向面との間に挟まれた第1スラストワッシャ又は第1スラストベアリングと、
前記第2ストッパと前記第2対向面との間に挟まれた第2スラストワッシャ又は第2スラストベアリングと、を備え、
前記第2ストッパは、前記キャリアに取り付けられたパーキングギヤであって、前記ステップドピニオンの軸方向において前記第2端部よりも外側に設けられ、
前記第2対向面は、前記第2端部に形成されている
ことを特徴とするトランスアクスル。 - 遊星歯車減速機と差動装置と前記遊星歯車減速機及び前記差動装置を収容するトランスアクスルケースとを備え、電動機の動力を前記遊星歯車減速機と前記差動装置とを介して車軸に伝達するトランスアクスルにおいて、
前記遊星歯車減速機は、
前記電動機の出力軸に設けられたサンギヤと噛み合う大径ピニオンと、前記トランスアクスルケースに固定されたリングギヤと噛み合う小径ピニオンと、前記大径ピニオンと前記小径ピニオンとが一体化されたピニオンシャフトとを備えるステップドピニオンと、
前記小径ピニオンよりも前記大径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第1端部から前記大径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第1ニードルベアリングと、
前記大径ピニオンよりも前記小径ピニオンに近い前記ピニオンシャフトの第2端部から前記小径ピニオンまでのシャフト面に嵌められた第2ニードルベアリングと、
前記第1ニードルベアリング及び前記第2ニードルベアリングを介して前記ステップドピニオンを回転自在に支持し、前記ステップドピニオンと前記差動装置とを連結するキャリアと、を備え、
前記トランスアクスルは、
前記キャリアに設けられ前記ステップドピニオンの前記第1端部の方向への移動を規制する第1ストッパと、
前記キャリアに設けられ前記ステップドピニオンの前記第2端部の方向への移動を規制する第2ストッパと、
前記ステップドピニオンに形成され前記第1ストッパに対向する第1対向面と、
前記ステップドピニオンに形成され前記第2ストッパに対向する第2対向面と、
前記第1ストッパと前記第1対向面との間に挟まれた第1スラストワッシャ又は第1スラストベアリングと、
前記第2ストッパと前記第2対向面との間に挟まれた第2スラストワッシャ又は第2スラストベアリングと、
前記キャリアに形成され前記第1ニードルベアリングが嵌め込まれた第1軸受ボス部と、を備え、
前記第2ストッパは、前記キャリアに形成され、前記ステップドピニオンの軸方向において前記第2端部よりも外側に設けられ、
前記第2対向面は、前記第2端部に形成され、
前記第1軸受ボス部は径方向内側への突出が無く、前記第1軸受ボス部と前記第1ニードルベアリングとは圧入によって固定されている
ことを特徴とするトランスアクスル。
