前記シート材料を共に接着するように印加される圧力は、無端緊張ベルトによって印加される、付記項1〜7のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。

前記シート材料が共に押圧される期間は2秒以上である、付記項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。

略平面シート上に1つ以上の頂部を有する、波型のシート材料を接着することにより、片面段ボールを作成するための機械であって、該機械は、
前記波型のシート材料の前記頂部に、接着剤を塗布するように構成されたアプリケータと、
前記波型のシート材料の前記頂部に対して、前記平面シートを押圧するための押圧機構と、を含み、
前記アプリケータは、前記波型のシート材料の前記頂部に、個別の量の接着剤を塗布するように構成され、前記押圧機構は、これらの間に接着が形成されるまで、前記頂部に対して前記平面シートを保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする機械。

- ローラの使用法であって、
前記ローラの外表面から波型のシート材料へ個別の液滴を移送するように前記ローラに対して接着剤が塗布され、
前記ローラは、
− 前記外表面に沿って交互に配置された一連の溝および隆起部を有する波型の外表面を含み、
前記溝の深さは実質的に0.5mmであり、かつ前記溝の幅は実質的に1mmであり、かつ、
接着剤の個別の液滴が、前記波型のシート材料の頂部に対して、前記ローラの前記谷部を介して、前記ローラと前記頂部との接触時に塗布可能となるように、前記溝の軸線は前記シート材料の波型の軸線と交わり、かつ、
接着剤は、前記ローラの回転によって、液滴の形態で、前記溝から前記波型のシート材料の頂部へ移送されることを特徴とする使用法。 - 接着剤ローラの使用法であって、前記接着剤ローラは、前記ローラの回転の結果として接着剤を捕捉することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着剤ローラの使用法。
- 前記溝は、互いに平行であり、かつ前記ローラの外周回りに延在していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の接着剤ローラの使用法。
- 前記隆起部および溝は、らせんの形態のものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラの使用法。
