Claims (6)
- 共通電圧導電体パターンを含む第1絶縁基板と、
共通電極を含む第2絶縁基板と、
前記第1絶縁基板と前記第2絶縁基板との間の間隔を維持して、前記共通電圧導電体パターン及び前記共通電極と重なる位置に、前記共通電圧導電体パターン及び前記共通電極上の配向膜と接して配置されるカラムスペーサと、を含み、
前記共通電圧導電体パターンの広さは前記カラムスペーサの底面が占める領域より広く、前記共通電圧導電体パターンと前記共通電極には同一の電圧が印加され、前記カラムスペーサの底面が占める領域は不透明金属配線と重ならない部分を含み、ノーマリブラックモードであることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記共通電圧導電体パターンは透明であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記不透明金属配線はゲート配線及びデータ配線を含み、前記共通電圧導電体パターンと前記ゲート配線及び前記データ配線との間には有機膜またはカラーフィルタが配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ゲート配線と同一層に形成される共通電極配線と、をさらに含み、
前記有機膜またはカラーフィルタは前記共通電極配線を露出するコンタクトホールを有し、前記共通電圧導電体パターンは前記コンタクトホールを通じて前記共通電極配線と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記不透明金属配線はゲート配線及び前記データ配線を含み、前記共通電圧導電体パターンと前記ゲート配線及び前記データ配線との間には有機膜またはカラーフィルタが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ゲート配線と同一層に形成される共通電極配線と、をさらに含み、
前記有機膜またはカラーフィルタは前記共通電極配線を露出するコンタクトホールを有し、前記共通電圧導電体パターンは前記コンタクトホールを通じて前記共通電極配線と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
