Claims (3)
- 0.5〜2.0質量%のSiを含有する高強度冷延鋼板の製造方法であって、
鋼板を非酸化性雰囲気で加熱焼鈍した後、酸洗により鋼板を0.5g/m2以上2.0g/m2未満溶解させる酸洗工程と、
酸洗後の鋼板表面に対して、付着量が100〜5000mg/m2になる条件で亜鉛を電気めっきする電気めっき工程と、を有することを特徴とする、高強度冷延鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記非酸化性雰囲気が、窒素と水素の混合ガスを導入することによって得られるものであり、
前記非酸化性雰囲気中の水素の含有量が10vol%以下であり、
前記加熱焼鈍は、加熱温度が900℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度冷延鋼板の製造方法。 - さらに、前記電気めっき工程後の鋼板を、0.001g/L以上の濃度のP含有水溶液に、該P含有水溶液の温度が30℃以上の条件で接触させる水溶液接触工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の高強度冷延鋼板の製造方法。
