Description
[1]冷延鋼板表面にZnの付着量が100〜5000mg/m2となるように電気Znめっきを施し、水洗した後に、Pを含有し、前記Pの濃度が0.001〜2g/Lであり、温度が30〜60℃の範囲である水溶液に前記冷延鋼板を接触させることを特徴とする化成処理性および塗装後耐食性に優れた冷延鋼板の製造方法。
[2]冷延鋼板表面にZnの付着量が100〜1000mg/m2となるように電気Znめっきを施し、水洗した後に、Pを含有し、前記Pの濃度が0.001〜2g/Lであり、温度が30〜60℃の範囲である水溶液に前記冷延鋼板を接触させることを特徴とする化成処理性および塗装後耐食性に優れた冷延鋼板の製造方法。
5点:スケは認められず、また結晶も均一である。
4点:わずかに結晶の不均一も認められるがスケは認められない。
3点:微小なスケが認められる。
2点:比較的大きなスケが認められる。
1点:比較的大きなスケが多数認められる。
以上により得られた結果を条件と併せて表2〜5に示す。
Claims (2)
- Siを0.5%以上含有する冷延鋼板表面にZnの付着量が100〜5000mg/m2となるように電気Znめっきを施し、水洗した後に、
Pを含有し、前記Pの濃度が0.001〜2g/Lであり、温度が30〜60℃の範囲である水溶液に前記冷延鋼板を接触させることを特徴とする脱脂性、化成処理性および塗装後耐食性に優れた冷延鋼板の製造方法。 - Siを0.5%以上含有する冷延鋼板表面にZnの付着量が100〜1000mg/m2となるように電気Znめっきを施し、水洗した後に、
Pを含有し、前記Pの濃度が0.001〜2g/Lであり、温度が30〜60℃の範囲である水溶液に前記冷延鋼板を接触させることを特徴とする脱脂性、化成処理性および塗装後耐食性に優れた冷延鋼板の製造方法。
