Description
上記所定温度が上記HCトラップ触媒の高沸点HC吸着可能上限温度であって、上記排気ガスの温度が上記高沸点HC吸着可能上限温度より低い低温域にあるときに、設定された量の上記燃料の上記排気通路への噴射を実行するようにしても良い。

Claims (2)
- エンジンの排気通路に配設され、排気ガス中のHCにより活性化する触媒を有する後処理装置と、該後処理装置に供給される排気ガスの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、検出された上記排気ガスの温度が所定温度より低いときに、上記排気ガスの温度が上記所定温度より低い低温域にあるときの低温活性が低く触媒反応に不利な高沸点HC及び上記排気ガスの温度が上記所定温度より低い低温域にあるときの低温活性が高く触媒反応に有利な低沸点HCを含む燃料を上記後処理装置より上流側の上記排気通路に噴射する排気燃料噴射弁と、上記後処理装置と上記排気燃料噴射弁との間の上記排気通路に配設され、上記排気ガスの温度が上記所定温度より低いときに、上記排気燃料噴射弁から上記排気通路内に噴射された燃料に含まれるHCの内、上記高沸点HCを吸着し上記低沸点HCを通過させるHCトラップ触媒とを備え、噴射する上記燃料の噴射量が、検出された上記排気ガスの温度に応じて、上記排気ガスの温度が低くなるに従い大きくなるように設定されることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
- 上記所定温度が上記HCトラップ触媒の高沸点HC吸着可能上限温度であって、上記排気ガスの温度が上記高沸点HC吸着可能上限温度より低い低温域にあるときに、設定された量の上記燃料の上記排気通路への噴射を実行する請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
