更に、上記の排気ガス浄化方法で、前記NOx浄化触媒の上流側に酸化触媒を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、前記車両の減速時の前記再生制御の開始時に、前記酸化触媒の温度に対応する酸化触媒温度指標温度が前記酸化触媒が活性化する酸化触媒活性化温度以上である時は、前記再生制御を行う前にポスト噴射又は排気管内直接噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 車両搭載の内燃機関の排気ガスの空燃比が、リーン状態の場合にNOxを浄化し、かつ、リッチ状態の場合にNOx浄化能力を回復するNOx吸蔵還元型触媒と、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の上流側に設けた酸化触媒と、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx浄化能力を回復するために排気ガスをリッチ空燃比状態にする再生制御を行う触媒再生制御手段とを備え、シリンダ内噴射におけるポスト噴射又は排気管へ直接燃料を噴射する排気管内噴射による排気ガス中の燃料を添加または増加する燃料系リッチ制御と、EGR弁を開弁してEGR量を増加させると共に、吸気絞り弁と排気絞り弁を絞って排気ガスの空燃比を低下させる吸気系リッチ制御を併用する前記再生制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記車両の減速時の前記再生制御の開始時に、前記吸気系リッチ制御を行い、
前記酸化触媒の温度に対応する酸化触媒温度指標温度が前記酸化触媒が活性化する酸化触媒活性化温度未満である時は、前記再生制御を行う前に、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で1.02〜1.1にする、多段噴射を行う第1排気ガス昇温制御を行って、前記酸化触媒に流入する排気ガスを昇温させ、
前記酸化触媒温度指標温度が前記酸化触媒活性化温度以上であり、かつ前記NOx浄化触媒の温度に対応するNOx触媒温度指標温度が前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の回復が可能となる再生可能温度未満である場合に、
前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で1.01〜1.02にする、ポスト噴射又は排気管内直接噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行って、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスを昇温させ、
前記第2の排気ガス昇温制御により前記NOx触媒温度指標温度が前記再生可能温度以上になった後に、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.9〜1.01のリッチ空燃比にする前記再生制御を行い、
前記再生制御が終了と判定されると、前記燃料系リッチ制御と前記吸気系リッチ制御を終了し、前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気絞り弁の絞りを終了することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。 - 車両搭載の内燃機関の排気ガスの空燃比が、リーン状態の場合にNOxを浄化し、かつ、リッチ状態の場合にNOx浄化能力を回復するNOx吸蔵還元型触媒と、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の上流側に設けた酸化触媒と、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx浄化能力を回復するために排気ガスをリッチ空燃比状態にする再生制御を行う触媒再生制御手段とを備え、シリンダ内噴射におけるポスト噴射又は排気管へ直接燃料を噴射する排気管内噴射による排気ガス中の燃料を添加または増加する燃料系リッチ制御と、EGR弁を開弁してEGR量を増加させると共に、吸気絞り弁と排気絞り弁を絞って排気ガスの空燃比を低下させる吸気系リッチ制御を併用する前記再生制御を行う排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、

前記酸化触媒温度指標温度が前記酸化触媒活性化温度以上であり、かつ前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の温度に対応するNOx触媒温度指標温度が前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の回復が可能となる再生可能温度未満である場合に、
前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で1.01〜1.02にする、ポスト噴射又は排気管内直接噴射を行う第2排気ガス昇温制御を行って、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスを昇温させ、
前記第2の排気ガス昇温制御により前記NOx触媒温度指標温度が前記再生可能温度以上になった後に、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒に流入する排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.9〜1.01のリッチ空燃比にする前記再生制御を行い、
前記再生制御が終了と判定されると、前記燃料系リッチ制御と前記吸気系リッチ制御を終了し、前記吸気絞り弁と前記排気絞り弁の絞りを終了することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
