Description
第一リン酸アルミニウムおよび/または第一リン酸マグネシウム100重量部に対して、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸および/またはヘキサフルオロチタン酸塩を16〜1000重量部、キレート剤を10〜1000重量部、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウムおよび炭酸マグネシウムから選択される少なくとも1種または2種以上のマグネシウム化合物を0.2〜20重量部含むことを特徴とする表面処理剤である。
本発明は、さらに、シランカップリング剤を含むことを特徴とする前記記載の表面処理剤である。
本発明は、前記腐食抑制剤が、4級化イミダゾリウム化合物、キノリン化合物、チオカルボニル化合物、チアゾール化合物、メルカプト化合物、スルフィド化合物、チオカルバミン酸塩、4級アンモニウム塩、ピリジニウム化合物、チオシアン酸塩およびイソチオシアン酸塩から選ばれる1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする前記記載の表面処理剤である。
また、表面処理剤には、必要に応じて防錆剤、消泡剤および界面活性剤などの他の添加剤を配合してもよい。
処理液として、第一リン酸アルミニウム(Al/P原子比=0.9/3)4.7%と、チタンフッ化水素酸2.4%(51重量部)と、チタンフッ化アンモニウム0.8%(17重量部)と、キレート剤として、ホスホン酸系キレート剤の1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸4.3%(91重量部)と、水酸化マグネシウム0.2%(4.3重量部)を含有する水溶液を調製した。この処理液の安定性を下記の方法で評価した。またこの処理液を電気亜鉛めっき鋼板(片面当たりめっき付着量:20g/m2)の片面のめっき面にスピンコータで塗布し、100℃で焼付けて、付着量が500mg/m2の皮膜を形成し、試験片を作製し、下記の方法で評価した。結果を表1に示す。
処理液の組成を表1に、鋼板への付着量を表3に、それぞれ示すとおりとした他は、実施例1と同様な方法で評価した。結果を表1に示す。

(処理液の安定性評価)
処理液を40℃で6ヶ月間保存した後、目視で観察した処理液の状態(固形物の発生の有無)により次のように評価をした:
○:固形物が発生しない場合、
×:固形物が発生する場合。
試験片として、人為的にきずを付けたもの(カット部あり)と、比較としてきずを付けていないもの(カット部なし)のものを、JIS Z−2371規格に準拠した塩水噴霧装置を用いて、塩水濃度5%、槽内温度35℃、噴霧圧力200psi(約14.1kg/cm2)の条件で塩水噴霧環境に曝し、72時間後の表面に発生した白錆の面積率を測定した。
◎:白錆面積率0%
○:白錆面積率0%より高く5%未満
△:白錆面積率5%より高く10%未満
×:白錆面積率10%より高く50%未満
××:白錆面積率50%以上
各試験片を40℃のアルカリ脱脂液(日本パーカライジング社製,FC4480(pH約10))に30秒間浸漬し、水洗した後、乾燥させて得た試験片を用いて、上記と同様の条件での塩水噴霧後の耐食性を評価した。評価は、上記と同様の評価基準で行った。なお、評価は、カット部のない試験片で行った。
各試験片を60℃のアルカリ脱脂液(日本パーカライジング社製,N364S(pH約12))に120秒間浸漬し、水洗した後、乾燥させて得た試験片を用いて、上記と同様の条件での塩水噴霧後の耐食性を評価した。評価は、上記と同様の評価基準で行った。なお、評価は、カット部のない試験片で行った。
各試験片(板厚0.8mm)を30mm×150mmのサイズに切断し、板厚の−10%のクリアランスでコの字型に成形(ダイスおよびポンチの肩R=5mm)し、成形品の外観(金型による摺動を受けた部位)を目視にて評価した。
◎:かじりが目立たない。
○:かじりが僅かに目立つ。
△:かじりが目立つ。
×:かじりが非常に目立つ。
バウデン試験機で各試験片と金型板材(金型の材質と同じ材質で作成された板材)とを接触させた状態で、試験片に加重1kg・fをかけながら、30回往復させ、30回目の往復時における往路の動摩擦係数と、復路の動摩擦係数との平均値により評価した。
◎:0.2未満
○:0.2〜0.35未満
△:0.35〜0.45未満
×:0.45以上
各試験片に神東塗料社製グリミン(アルキドメラミン塗料)を約30μm塗布し、130℃で焼付けをした。その後、80℃の温水に2時間浸漬し、乾燥させて得た試験片の表面に碁盤目状に切込みを入れ、テープ剥離テストを行った。
◎:剥離面積0〜2%未満
○:剥離面積2〜5%未満
△:剥離面積5〜20%未満
×:剥離面積20%以上
実施例1〜14より明らかなように、水酸化Mg、酸化Mg、炭酸Mgをリン酸塩100重量部に対して約0.2〜20重量部添加したものは、カット部を有する試験片での耐食性が極めて良好であることがわかる。
Claims (15)
- 50℃〜200℃で焼き付けして皮膜形成される亜鉛系めっき鋼板の表面処理に用いられる表面処理剤であって、
第一リン酸アルミニウムおよび/または第一リン酸マグネシウム100重量部に対して、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸および/またはヘキサフルオロチタン酸塩を16〜1000重量部、キレート剤を10〜1000重量部、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化マグネシウムおよび炭酸マグネシウムから選択される少なくとも1種または2種以上のマグネシウム化合物を0.2〜20重量部含むことを特徴とする表面処理剤。 - さらに、バナジウム化合物を第一リン酸アルミニウムおよび/または第一リン酸マグネシウム100重量部に対して0.1〜50重量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面処理剤。
- さらに、固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の表面処理剤。
- さらに、シランカップリング剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤。
- さらに、腐食抑制剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記腐食抑制剤は、4級化イミダゾリウム化合物、キノリン化合物、チオカルボニル
化合物、チアゾール化合物、メルカプト化合物、スルフィド化合物、チオカルバミン酸塩
、4級アンモニウム塩、ピリジニウム化合物、チオシアン酸塩およびイソチオシアン酸塩
から選ばれる1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の表面処理剤。 - 前記腐食抑制剤は、アセチレンアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記アセチレンアルコールは、プロパルギルアルコール、メチルブチノール、ジメチルペンチノール、ブチンジオールおよびヘキシンジオールから選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記ヘキサフルオロチタン酸塩は、ヘキサフルオロチタン酸アンモニウムであること
を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤。 - 前記バナジウム化合物は、バナジン酸化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2〜9のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記バナジン酸化合物は、メタバナジン酸アンモニウムおよびメタバナジン酸カリウムのうちの少なくとも一方であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記キレート剤は、ホスホン酸系キレート剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤。
- 前記ホスホン酸系キレート剤は、1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の表面処理剤。
- 亜鉛系めっき鋼板の表面に、皮膜が形成された鋼板であって、
前記皮膜は、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の表面処理剤を前記亜鉛系めっき鋼板の少なくとも一方の表面に塗布して焼付けして形成されることを特徴とする鋼板。 - 前記皮膜の付着量は、100mg/m2以上1000mg/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の鋼板。
