Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1]
車外に向かって開口する凹部を開閉可能に閉塞するリッド装置であって、
前記凹部を覆う大きさを有する蓋部材と、
前記蓋部材を、前記凹部を開閉可能に支持するヒンジ装置と、
前記蓋部材が前記凹部を閉塞する全閉位置にある状態をロック可能であるとともに、当該ロックを解除可能なストッパ装置と、
前記蓋部材が全開位置にある状態を保持する全開固定スプリング部と、
前記ストッパ装置のロックが解除された際に前記蓋部材を開方向に跳ね上げるポップアップスプリング部と
を具備することを特徴とするリッド装置。

前記全開固定スプリング部と前記ポップアップスプリング部とは、別体である
ことを特徴とする[1]に記載のリッド装置。

前記全開固定スプリング部と前記ポップアップスプリング部とは、一体である
ことを特徴とする[1]に記載のリッド装置。
Claims (3)
- 車外に向かって開口する凹部を開閉可能に閉塞するリッド装置であって、
前記凹部を覆う大きさを有する蓋部材と、
前記蓋部材を、前記凹部を開閉可能に支持するヒンジ軸を有するヒンジ装置と、
前記蓋部材が前記凹部を閉塞する全閉位置にある状態をロック可能であるとともに、当該ロックを解除可能なストッパ装置と、
前記蓋部材が所定位置まで開くまでは前記蓋部材を閉方向に付勢し、前記蓋部材が前記所定位置を越えて開くと前記蓋部材を開方向に付勢する全開固定スプリング部と、
前記ストッパ装置のロックが解除された際に前記蓋部材を開方向に跳ね上げるポップアップスプリング部と
を具備するリッド装置において、
前記全開固定スプリング部は、一部に開口部が形成される側面形状が略C字状であり、前記開口部を前記ヒンジ軸側に向けた姿勢で前記凹部と前記蓋部材との間にまたがって設けられる
ことを特徴とするリッド装置。 - 前記全開固定スプリング部と前記ポップアップスプリング部とは、別体である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリッド装置。 - 前記全開固定スプリング部と前記ポップアップスプリング部とは、一体である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリッド装置。
