a)少なくとも1種の中細孔モレキュラーシーブと、
b)イットリアまたは希土類金属酸化物から選択される少なくとも1種の金属酸化物と、
c)第VIII族または第VIB族金属から選択される少なくとも1種の水素添加金属とを含み、
前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブは、ZSM−48であり、かつ、アルミナ、シリカ、チタニアまたはジルコニアから選択される好適な多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料との複合体であり、
前記少なくとも一種の金属酸化物は、中細孔モレキュラーシーブと好適な多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料との前記複合体中に含浸される
ことを特徴とする触媒である。
比較触媒−触媒A
比較用のベースケース触媒を、65部のZSM−48結晶(Si/Al2、約200/1)と35部の擬ベーマイトアルミナを押し出すことにより調製した。押出しの後、押出物を空気中121℃で乾燥させ、続いて窒素中538℃でカ焼し、ゼオライト中の有機テンプレートを分解した。分解後、押出物を、ナトリウムを除去するために1NのNH4NO3硝酸塩と交換し、続いて121℃で更なる乾燥ステップを行った。第2の乾燥ステップの後に、ZSM−48のNH4形態をH−形態に転化し、かつ窒素分解の後に触媒に残るいかなる残余炭素も除去するために、触媒を、空気中538℃でカ焼した。その後、押出物のH−形態を、白金テトラアミン硝酸塩および水を使用して、初期湿潤含浸によって、0.6重量%のPtに含浸させた。含浸の後、触媒を、過剰水を除去するために121℃で再び乾燥させ、続いて、酸化白金へと金属塩を分解するために、360℃で穏やかな空気カ焼を行った。
1重量%イットリウム含有ZSM−48触媒を、白金テトラアミン硝酸塩含浸に先立って、H−形態の押出物を、初期湿潤法を使用して、硝酸イットリウム(1重量%イットリウム)に含浸させた以外は上述したベースケース触媒と同様の方式で調製した。その後、イットリウム含有触媒を、酸化イットリウムへの硝酸イットリウムを分解するために空気流中538℃でカ焼した。カ焼の後、イットリウム含有ZSM−48押出物を、白金テトラアミン硝酸塩および水を使用して、初期湿潤含浸によって0.6重量%のPtに含浸させた。Pt含浸の後、得られた触媒を、過剰水を除去するために121℃で再び乾燥させ、続いて、酸化白金へ金属塩を分解するために360℃で緩やかな空気カ焼を行った。
上記の実施例1に記載される触媒AおよびBを別々に使用して、ガスクロマトグラフィーによって測定した際に、5wppmの硫黄、4wppmの窒素を有し、420℃の平均沸点を有する、予め水素化処理された150Nのスラックワックスを脱ロウした。触媒Aおよび触媒Bはいずれも、以下に記載される同一の工程条件下で使用した。
Claims (9)
- 潤滑油沸点範囲の原料油流れを品質向上させるのに適した触媒であって、
a)少なくとも1種の中細孔モレキュラーシーブ;
b)イットリアまたは希土類金属酸化物から選択される少なくとも1種の金属酸化物;および
c)第VIII族または第VIB族金属から選択される少なくとも1種の水素添加金属
を含み、
前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブは、ZSM−48であり、かつ、アルミナ、シリカ、チタニアまたはジルコニアから選択される多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料との複合体であり、
前記少なくとも一種の金属酸化物は、中細孔モレキュラーシーブと多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料との前記複合体中に含浸される
ことを特徴とする触媒。 - 前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブは、前記多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料1部に対して15部未満の量で組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記多孔質のバインダーまたは母材材料は、アルミナであることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属酸化物および前記少なくとも1種の水素添加金属は、初期湿潤、イオン交換、中細孔モレキュラーシーブおよびバインダーと金属酸化物前駆体の機械的混合、並びにそれらの任意の組み合わせよりなる群から選択される方法によって、中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属酸化物は、触媒を基準にして0.1重量%を超える量で、前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属酸化物は、0.1〜10重量%の範囲の量で、前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の水素添加金属は、第VIII族金属よりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の水素添加金属は、触媒を基準にして0.1〜30重量%の範囲の量で、前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- 前記少なくとも1種の金属酸化物を前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積させた後に、前記少なくとも1種の水素添加金属を前記中細孔モレキュラーシーブに堆積させてあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の触媒。
