Description
図1に示すように、本発明の酸素検知剤包装体は外包材1と内包材2との二重構造で構成される。内包材2は内面同士が対向するように周縁部3で外包材1と共に接着され、外包材1と内包材2の間には空隙4が設けられている。内包材2の内部には、酸化還元色素を担体に担持させた酸素検知剤5が充填されている。
酸素検知剤包装体の保管試験
試験方法:自力反応型脱酸素剤(4.5cm×4.0cm)の中央部に表1に示す酸素検知剤包装体(3.0cm×2.0cm)をホットメルト接着剤にて貼付した酸素検知剤付脱酸素剤200個を酸素バリヤ性の包装袋に入れ、脱気した後、ヒートシーラーにて密封し、室温で1ヶ月間保管した。次に、包装袋を開封し、酸素検知剤と空気を十分に反応させた後、色素が内包材に転写し、視認不良が発生している個体数をカウントした。
酸素検知剤包装体の耐水試験
試験方法:水10mlを染み込ませた脱脂綿をバランスディッシュに入れ、その上に表1に示す酸素検知剤包装体(3.0cm×2.0cm)を置き、自力反応型脱酸素剤と共に酸素バリア性の包装袋に入れ、40℃の恒温器内で5週間保存し、高湿度下での変化を確認した。また、5週間経過後に包装袋を開封し、酸素検知機能を確認した。

Claims (6)
- 酸素透過率が100ml/m 2 ・24hr以上の無孔プラスチックフィルムからなる外包材と、貫通孔を有するプラスチックフィルムからなる内包材とを、外包材と内包材の間に空隙を有するように重ね合わせ、内包材の内面同士が対向するように外包材と内包材の周縁部を接着して構成された包装袋の中に、酸素検知剤を封入してなる酸素検知剤包装体。
- 外包材の水蒸気透過率が50g/m2・24hr・40℃・90%RH以下である請求項1記載の酸素検知剤包装体。
- 外包材が、二軸延伸ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートのいずれかである請求項1または2記載の酸素検知剤包装体。
- 内包材のガーレ式透気度が0.1s/100ml以上である請求項1から3いずれかに記載の酸素検知剤包装体。
- 内包材が、無延伸ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、または、無延伸ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートとポリエチレンとの積層体のいずれかに、貫通孔を穿設したフィルムである請求項1から4いずれかに記載の酸素検知剤包装体。
- 酸素検知剤の剤型が、粉末、錠剤またはシートのいずれかである請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の酸素検知剤包装体。
