Description
よって結晶化を行う。結晶装置47において、濃縮塩水中の溶質は結晶として析出し、遠
心分離機50を経て工業塩が回収され、工業原料として利用することができる。一方、結
晶装置47で蒸発した水分を、コンデンサ48において冷却してドレンを回収し、このド
レンを水洗工程に戻す。遠心分離機50によって分離されたろ液は、ろ液タンク49を経
て結晶装置47に戻す。尚、濃縮塩水から塩を回収せずに、放流することもできる。
あって、セメントキルン燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストを集塵し、該集塵したダストを水に溶解させ、溶解液に硫酸と硫化剤とを含む薬剤を添加し、該薬剤を添加した溶解液から浮選により硫化鉛を回収し、該硫化鉛を回収した後のスラリーを固液分離することによって石膏及びセレンを含む固形分を得、該分離した固形分をセメント粉砕工程に添加することを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- セメントキルン燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストを集塵し、
該集塵したダストを水に溶解させ、溶解液に硫酸と硫化剤とを含む薬剤を添加し、
該薬剤を添加した溶解液から浮選により硫化鉛を回収し、
該硫化鉛を回収した後のスラリーを固液分離することによって石膏及びセレンを含む固形分を得、
該分離した固形分をセメント粉砕工程に添加することを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダストの処理方法。 - 前記スラリーの固液分離により分離した液状分を、排水処理により無害化することを特
徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダストの処理方法。
