Claims (4)
- セメントキルンのキルン尻からボトムサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より、燃焼ガスの一部を抽気し、抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストを集塵し、
該集塵したダストに水を添加してスラリーとした後、ケーキとろ液とに分離し、
該ろ液から重金属を除去した後、その処理水を濃縮塩水と脱塩水とに分離し、
前記濃縮塩水から晶析により塩化カリウムの含有率が90重量%以上である無機材料を回収することを特徴とする工業的に有用な無機材料の回収方法。 - 前記濃縮塩水の晶析の際に発生したドレンを、前記集塵ダストからスラリーを得る際の水として循環使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業的に有用な無機材料の回収方法。
- 前記濃縮塩水の晶析の際に発生したろ液の一部または全部を放流することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工業的に有用な無機材料の回収方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の工業的に有用な無機材料の回収方法によって回収されたことを特徴とする工業的に有用な無機材料。
