Claims (3)
- 端末装置からチャネルの割当の要求を受信すると、周波数リソースと、周波数以外のリソースとの組み合わせにより規定されるチャネルのいずれかを当該端末装置に対して割り当てるチャネル割当部、
を備え、
前記チャネル割当部は、第1の要求に対するチャネルの割り当て後、さらに、同一の端末装置からの新たな第2の要求に対して2つ目以降のチャネルを割り当てる場合、当該第1の要求に対してすでに割り当てているチャネルの周波数リソースを他のリソースよりも優先して、その周波数リソースと同一の周波数を有するチャネルを割り当てることを特徴とする基地局装置。 - 前記チャネル割当部は、前記第2の要求に対するチャネルの割り当て後、さらに、同一の端末装置からの新たな第3の要求に対して3つ目以降のチャネルを割り当てる場合、当該端末装置に対してより直近において割り当てたチャネルにかかる周波数リソースと同一の周波数を有するチャネルを割り当てることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
- 前記チャネル割当部は、前記第2の要求に対するチャネルの割り当て後、さらに、同一の端末装置からの新たな第3の要求に対して3つ目以降のチャネルをさらに割り当てる場合、当該端末装置に対して最初に割り当てたチャネルにかかる周波数リソースと同一の周波数を有するチャネルを割り当てることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の基地局装置。
