Description
a.本発明の羽布を、羽布が構造体に接続される領域で、接着剤に接触させ、接着剤は熱活性化熱架橋接着物質を有し、熱活性化熱架橋接着物質は、0.5未満の好適なOH数の、カプセル化イソシアネートで作られた15%硬化剤を有する、高分子量ポリウレタンの水性アニオン分散体を基礎にし、そこでは構造体も接着剤で被覆あるいは塗装される、
b.接着剤の乾燥後、羽布は構造体にアイロン掛けされる、
c.羽布が構造体にアイロン掛けされた領域が適切な熱源(アイロン)により約95〜105℃、好ましくは100℃に加熱される、
d.接着剤が冷えたらすぐに、適切な熱源(たとえば、クオーツ放射体またはホットエアガン)により150℃ほどの表面温度で張る、ここで、
e.接着剤の活性化を防ぐために、へこんだ部品に加え、編み目や重なりがこの段階で約100℃の表面温度を超えないことを確認する必要がある、そうしないと、活性化により編み目や重なりがへこんだ部品から離れてしまう。

- 汎用航空の航空機用羽布であって:
ポリエステル布またはポリエーテルエーテルケトン布を有し;
前記布は架橋された耐熱アニオン脂肪族ポリエステル−ポリウレタン分散体で被覆されたことを特徴とする;
羽布。 - 汎用航空の航空機用羽布であって:
ポリエステル布またはポリエーテルエーテルケトン布を有し;
前記布は、架橋された耐熱アニオン脂肪族ポリエステル−ポリウレタン分散体で前もって被覆された繊維あるいはフィラメント、またはリング糸、フィラメント糸もしくはより糸から編まれることを特徴とする;
羽布。 - 前記布、繊維、フィラメント、またはリング糸、フィラメント糸もしくはより糸は、追加の1層以上の架橋された耐熱アニオン脂肪族ポリエステル−ポリウレタン分散体被覆で被覆されることを特徴とする;
請求項1または請求項2の羽布。 - 前記被覆は、0.5未満の好適なOH数のアニオン脂肪族分散体を、17〜18の好適なNCO値のヘキサメチル・ジイソシアネートを基礎にした、親水性の脂肪族ポリイソシアネートと架橋することにより製造されることを特徴とする;
請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項の羽布。 - 前記耐熱アニオン脂肪族ポリエステル−ポリウレタン分散体は、着色顔料、導電性顔料、アルミニウム粒子、紫外線遮蔽体もしくは紫外線吸収体、疎水性物質および/または可燃性を妨害する物質である、添加物を含むことを特徴とする;
請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項の羽布。 - 導電性材料を有する追加被覆が塗布されることを特徴とする;
請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項の羽布。 - 前記布は追加で接着剤で被覆され、接着剤は、0.5未満のOH数の、カプセル化イソシアネートで作られた15%硬化剤を含む、高分子量ポリウレタンの水性アニオン分散体を基礎にした熱活性化熱架橋接着物質から構成される;
請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項の羽布。 - 汎用航空の航空機を被覆する方法であって;
a.請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項の羽布を構造体に取り付ける領域で接着剤と接触させる工程であって、前記接着剤は0.5未満のOH数の、カプセル化イソシアネートで作られた15%硬化剤を有する高分子量ポリウレタンの水性アニオン分散体を基礎にした熱活性化熱架橋接着物質を有し、前記構造体も前記接着剤で被覆される、工程と、
b.前記接着剤の乾燥後、前記羽布を前記構造体上でアイロン掛けする工程と、
c.前記羽布が前記構造体上でアイロン掛けされた領域を適切な熱源により約95〜100℃に加熱する工程と、
d.前記接着剤が冷えると、全ての覆いの領域を適切な熱源により約150℃の表面温度で張る工程と、
e.前記接着剤を活性化することを防止するためであって、そうしないと編み目と重なりがへこんだ部品から離れてしまうので、前記へこんだ部品に加えて、前記編み目と重なりとをこの段階で100℃の表面温度を超えて加熱しないことを確かにする工程とを備えることを特徴とする;

前記接着剤は、0.5未満の好適なOH数の、カプセル化イソシアネートで作られた好適な15%硬化剤を有する高分子量ポリウレタンの水性アニオン分散体を基礎にした熱活性化熱架橋接着物質で作られ、前記ポリウレタン接着剤は40℃を超える熱を供給することで架橋される;
