도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방수 원단 제조방법을 도시한 순서도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 라미네이팅 단계를 도시한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발수가공 단계를 도시한 순서도이다.
Claims (11)
- 방수 원단 제조방법에 있어서,
원단을 준비하는 단계;
상기 준비된 원단에 레진을 라미네이팅하는 단계; 및
상기 라미네이팅된 원단에 발수물질을 발수가공하는 단계;
를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
원단을 준비하는 단계는,
원사를 이용하여 원단을 직조하는 단계; 및
상기 직조된 원단를 염색하는 단계;
를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 원사를 이용하여 원단을 직조하는 단계는,
D타입의 CD SLUB 7수와 777번 타입의 CD SLUB 7수의 혼용인 경사 및 POLY SLUB 10수인 위사를 이용하여 원단을 경사 3올과 위사 1올을 교차시켜 우능직(Right Twill Weave)으로 직조하는 단계이고, 그리고
상기 경사는 D타입의 CD SLUB 7수와 777번 타입의 CD SLUB 7수를 1대1 비율로 혼용한 경사이고,
상기 경사의 중량은 310g/yd이고, 상기 위사의 중량은 195g/yd인,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 직조된 원단를 염색하는 단계는,
상기 직조된 원단의 불순물을 제거하는 단계;
상기 불순물을 제거한 원단을 표백하는 단계; 및
상기 표백한 원단을 염액에 침지하여 염색하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 염액은,
반응성 염료(Reactive Dye)인,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 준비된 원단에 레진을 라미네이팅하는 단계는,
이형지에 레진을 도포하는 단계;
상기 레진이 도포된 이형지에 열을 가해 필름을 형성하는 단계;
상기 형성된 필름을 상기 준비된 원단에 부착하는 단계;
상기 필름이 부착된 원단을 숙성하는 단계; 및
상기 숙성된 원단에서 상기 이형지를 분리하는 단계;
를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 이형지에 레진을 도포하는 단계는,
상기 이형지에 레진 100g/m 내지 160g/m의 양을 도포하는 단계이고,
상기 레진은,
폴리우레탄 레진인,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 레진이 도포된 이형지에 열을 가해 필름을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 레진을 도포한 후, 100도 내지 160도의 온도로 열을 가하는 단계를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 필름이 부착된 원단을 숙성하는 단계는,
상기 필름이 부탁된 원단을 50도 내지 90도에서 적어도 25시간 이상 숙성하는 단계를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 라미네이팅된 원단에 발수물질을 발수가공하는 단계는,
상기 원단에 발수물질을 도포하는 단계;
상기 원단에 도포된 발수물질을 건조하는 단계; 및
상기 건조된 원단을 프레스를 이용하여 누르는 단계;
를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 발수물질은,
발수제와 물을 1대4 비율로 혼합한 물질인,
방수 원단 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 원단에 도포된 발수물질을 건조하는 단계는,
발수물질을 도포한 후, 100도 내지 160도 온도에서 2분 내지 5분간 건조하는 단계를 포함하는,
방수 원단 제조방법.
