Claims (22)
- 移植される骨髄内釘の釘横断孔の位置を決定する放射線透過性照準アームにおいて、
実質的に放射線透過性材料で構成された細長い本体を有し、細長い本体は、第一長手方向軸線と、前部表面と、後部表面と、前記前部表面および前記後部表面に交差し、中心孔軸線をもつ少なくとも1つの横断孔とを備え、細長い本体は骨髄内釘の近位端に解放可能に取付けることができるようになっている第一端部を有し、
さらに、細長い本体の第二端部で前記前部表面の一部に配置された少なくとも1つの第一放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカと、細長い本体の細長い本体の第二端部で前記後部表面の一部に配置された少なくとも1つの第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカとを有し、前記第一放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカは、前記第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカとは異なる形状を有し、
前記第一および第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカは、骨髄内釘を骨内に挿入することによって生じる歪みが生じる前に、X線ビームが、照準アームの前記中心孔軸線と骨髄内釘の長手方向軸線によって規定される平面と同一平面内にあることを表示するように形状および寸法決めされていることを特徴とする放射線透過性照準アーム。 - 前記細長い本体は、骨髄内釘の近位端に解放可能に取付けられるように構成された固定部分と、前記第一および第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカの両方および前記少なくとも1つの横断孔を含む可動部分とを有し、
前記可動部分は、照準アームの前記少なくとも1つの横断孔を前記骨髄内釘を横断して延びる前記釘横断孔に整合させるように、使用者が固定部分に対して移動を制御できるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線透過性照準アーム。 - 前記細長い本体の可動部分は、照準アームの前記第一長手方向軸線と垂直な軸線を中心にして固定部分に対してピボット運動できることを特徴とする請求項2記載の放射線透過性照準アーム。
- 前記固定部分に対する前記可動部分のピボット運動を制御するように構成された調節ノブを更に有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の放射線透過性照準アーム。
- 前記細長い本体の可動部分は、照準アームの前記第一長手方向軸線と実質的に平行な方向に前記固定部分に対してスライドできることを特徴とする請求項3記載の放射線透過性照準アーム。
- 前記細長い本体の前部表面に配置された少なくとも1つのターゲットマーカは、円およびラインからなる群の少なくとも1つであり、前記細長い本体の後部に配置された少なくとも1つのターゲットマーカは、円およびラインからなる他の群の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線透過性照準アーム。
- 移植される骨髄内釘の釘横断孔の位置および方向を決定する照準アームにおいて、
第一長手方向軸線と、骨髄内釘の近位端に解放可能に取付けられるようになった第一端部と、第二端部とを有する照準器具と、
前記照準器具の第二端部に連結される可動照準アーム部分と、を有し、前記可動部分は、前記第一長手方向軸線と垂直な軸線を中心にして使用者が前記照準アームに対する回転を制御できるようになっており、
第一放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカが、前記第一表面に隣接して前記可動照準アーム部分内に配置されており、第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカが、前記第二表面に隣接して前記可動照準アーム内に配置されており、前記第一放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカは、前記第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカと異なる形状を有することを特徴とする照準アーム。 - 前記第一放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカは、少なくとも3つの円を含んでおり、前記第二放射線不透過性ターゲットマーカは、少なくとも1つのラインを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の照準アーム。
- 前記照準アームは、使用者が前記照準器具に対する前記可動照準アームの回転を制御できるように構成された調節要素を更に有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の照準アーム。
- 移植される骨髄内釘の釘横断孔の位置および方向を決定する照準器具において、
骨髄内釘の近位端に取付けられるハンドル部分と、
放射線不透過性材料で形成されかつ前記ハンドル部分に着脱可能に連結できるように構成されかつ寸法を有する照準アームとを有し、前記照準アームは、少なくとも1つの横断孔を備え、該横断孔は第一表面から第二表面へと延びており、第一表面および第二表面の各々は、少なくとも1つの放射線不透過性マーカを備え、
前記第一表面上の放射線不透過性マーカは、少なくとも3つの円を含んでおり、前記第二表面上の放射線不透過性マーカは、少なくとも1つのラインを含んでおり、
前記照準アームは、前記ハンドル部分に対して調節可能に回転できかつ前記ハンドル部分に対して調節可能に直線移動できることを特徴とする照準器具。 - 前記照準アームの少なくとも1つの横断孔は第一軸線を形成し、前記照準アームは、横断孔の第一軸線に対して平行な第二軸線の回りで調節可能に回転できることを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記ハンドル部分は、このハンドル部分に対する照準アームの直線移動を可能にする構成および寸法を有する少なくとも1つの長手方向スロットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記第一表面上の放射線不透過性マーカは、使用者に調節値を表示するスケールであることを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記放射線不透過性マーカ間の材料の量を最小にすべく、第一表面と第二表面との間に形成された少なくとも1つの凹状空間を更に有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記第一表面および第二表面上の放射線不透過性マーカは、照準アームの少なくとも1つの横断孔の中心軸線と同一平面内にあるX線ビームを得るためのX線源の整合を表示することを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記骨髄内釘は長手方向軸線を有し、放射線不透過性マーカの整合は、釘が骨内に挿入される前に、X線ビームが、照準アームの少なくとも1つの横断孔の中心軸線と骨髄内釘の長手方向軸線とにより形成される平面と同一平面内にあることを表示することを特徴とする請求項10記載の照準器具。
- 前記調節要素は、可動照準アーム部分を所望の位置に移動させた後に可動照準アーム部分の位置を維持するために複数の位置に亘って照準器具に対して可動照準アーム部分の使用者による制御された係止を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照準アーム。
- 照準器具および可動照準アーム部分は互いに取り外し不可能に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照準アーム。
- 可動照準アーム部分が照準器具に係合または結合されている間に、照準器具に対する可動照準アーム部分の使用者による制御された回転および係止が生じることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の照準アーム。
- 骨髄内釘の長手方向軸線は、照準器具の第一長手方向軸線と実質的に平行であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照準アーム。
- 照準器具に対する可動照準アーム部分の使用者による制御された回転は、照準器具の第一長手方向軸線および骨髄内釘の長手方向軸線の双方と垂直な軸線を中心とすることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の照準アーム。
- 可動照準アーム部分は、骨髄内釘と独立して回転することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照準アーム。
