Abstract
Description
Claims (35)
- 하나 이상의 키르쉬너 와이어(1)에 대한 조준블록(10)을 포함하는 하나 이상의 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 삽입을 위한 조준장치(15)를 포함하고, 상기 조준블록(10)은 뼈(30)에 접촉될 수 있고, 상기 조준블록(10)은 뼈(30)를 클램핑할 수 있는 포셉(20)으로 구성되는 고정장치에 연결되는 조준장치(15)에 있어서;상기 조준블록(10)은 평면(E3)에서 포셉(20)과 평행한 후방부(5a)에서 안내되는 레일(5)에 부착되고, 레일(5)의 전방부(5b)는 후방부(5a)에 대하여 각도(W)를 가지도록 형성되어, 각도를 가지는 상기 전방부(5b)는 뼈(30)의 외부 경계에 평행하게 안내되는 것이 가능함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포셉(20)은 고정부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포셉(20)은 한 손으로 사용하기에 적합한 핸들 또는 레버를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조준블록(10)은 뼈(30)에 대해서 제 1 평면(E1)에서 조정가능함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 평면(E2)에서 움직일 수 있는 가이던스(guidance)(2)가 상기 조준블록(10)에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 가이던스(2)는,회전축(12)에 대하여 상기 조준블록(10)에서 회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가이던스(2)와 조준블록(10) 사이에는 회전축(12)의 범위 내에서 마찰맞물림(frictional engagement)이 제공되어, 상기 가이던스(2)가 상기 조준블록(10)에서 자결(self-locking) 방식으로 선택된 소정의 각도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조준장치에 회전 가능하게 부착된 하나 이상의 키르쉬너 와이어(1)에 대한 가이던스(2)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 가이던스(2)는, 상기 조준블록(10)에서 회전축(12)을 중심으로 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 조준블록(10)은 뼈(30)에 대해서 제 1 평면(E1)에서 조정가능함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 가이던스(2)는 제 2 평면(E2)에서 움직일 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 가이던스(2)와 조준블록(10) 사이에는 회전축(12)의 범위 내에서 마찰맞물림(frictional engagement)이 제공되어, 상기 가이던스(2)가 상기 조준블록(10)에서 자결(self-locking) 방식으로 선택된 소정의 각도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 고정장치는 고정부를 구비하는 포셉(20)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 조준블록(10)은 뼈(30)와 상기 고정장치에 대해서 제 3 평면(E3)에서 조정가능함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 평면(E1) 및 제 2 평면(E2)은 90° 내지 160° 사이의 각도를 이룸을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 조준블록(10)은, 상기 고정장치(20)에 대해 변위가능하고, 상기 제 3 평면(E3)에 대해 평행임을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 포셉(20)은, 커브형(curved) 또는 크랭크형(cranked)인 클램핑레그(25,26)를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 포셉(20)은, 뼈(30)에 접촉하는 거칠거나 구조화된 표면(22)을 구비하는 클램핑레그(25,26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 레일(5)은 클램핑레그(25,26)의 피봇점(pivoting point)(21)의 레인지(23)에서 가이드되고 고정될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 레일(5)은, 고정수단에 의해 포셉(20)에서 고정될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 조준블록(10)은, 종축 또는 횡축의 적어도 한 방향으로 변위가능하거나 필요한 경우 상기 레일(5)에 대해 회전가능하고, 상기 레일(5)의 전방 단부(7)에서 고정 가능함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).

- 제 5 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 한 항에 있어서, 조준블록(10)에서 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 가이던스(2)는 회전축(12)에 대하여 틸트 가능하고, 각각 엑스레이 관측에 의하여 정렬 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 한 항에 있어서, 키르쉬너 와이어(1)를 뼈(30)에 삽입하기 이전에 상기 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 공간상의 위치를 결정하고 표시할 수 있는 네비게이션 장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 표지(M)는 포셉(20)에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 표지(M)는 키르쉬너 와이어(1)에 부착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 표지(M)는 포셉(20) 및 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 가이던스(2)에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 조준장치(15).
- 래치 고정부(ratchet fixation)인 체결수단(27)과, 뼈(30)에 접촉하는 클램핑레그(25,26)를 구비하는 뼈 포셉(20)에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조준장치(15)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 뼈 포셉(20).
- 제 31 항에 있어서,상기 조준장치(15)는, 조준블록(10)과, 하나 이상의 키르쉬너 와이어(1)의 하나 이상의 가이던스(2)를 포함하고,상기 가이던스(2)는 조준블록(10)에서 축을 중심으로 회전가능함을 특징으로 하는 뼈 포셉(20).
