前記材料C1が、黒鉛、カーボンファイバー、カーボンナノフィル(carbon nanofils)、カーボンナノチューブ、又は電子伝導性ポリマーから成り、
前記溶剤S1が、エチレンカーボネートとプロピレンカーボネートとの混合物である。
− 線状又は環状カーボネート、線状又は環状エーテル、線状又は環状エステル、線状又は環状スルホン、スルファミド及びニトリルのような極性非プロトン性化合物;
− ジオクチルフタレート、ジブチルフタレート及びジメチルフタレートのようなフタレート;並びに
− 質量の小さいポリエチレングリコール及びポリ(エチレングリコール)ジメチルエーテル。
− 炭素化合物(天然又は合成の各グラファイト、不規則炭素、等)、
− LixMタイプ(式中、M=Sn、Sb又はSi等)のリチウム合金(SnOから、SnO2から、Snから、Sn−Fe(−C)化合物、Si化合物から又はSb化合物から得られる合金);或いは
− LixCu6Sn5化合物(式中、0<x<13)、ホウ酸鉄、ピニクチュア(pnicture)(例えば、Li3−x−yCoyN、Li3−x−yFeyN、LixMnP4、LixFeP2及びLixFeSb2等)、可逆分解を行なう単純酸化物(例えば、CoO、Co2O3、Fe2O3等)、並びにMoO3又はWO3の各チタネートのような挿入酸化物(例えば、TiO2、Li4Ti5O12)。
− ポリマーP1、及び電子伝導性を付与する材料C1は、活物質の粒子の周りで緻密で、均質で且つ連続した相を形成する;
− ポリマーP2は、全くないか又は極めて微量の材料C1を含む分散相の形態(概ね、5質量%未満)、及び球形、円筒形、針状又はリボンタイプである相が気孔率を発生するモルフォロジーの形態をしている、
ことを特徴とする。
重量で次の組成を持つ複合材料から成る正極を作製した:
・ 300000g/モルのモル質量を有するPEO13%;
・ HFP12重量%を含むPVdF−HFPコポリマー13%;
・ EC/PC(容積で50/50)混合物20%;
・ LiV3O843%;及び
・ カーボン11%。
曲線−ν−−ν−:本発明による試験片;
曲線−λ−−λ−:比較用の試験片b。
実施例1と同じ方法で3種類の正極を作製し、これらの電極は次の組成(重量部)を持つ材料から成っていた:
曲線 −λ−−λ−:先行技術による試験片a;
曲線 −ν−−ν−:本発明による試験片b;
曲線 −υ−−υ−:本発明による試験片c;
曲線 −σ−−σ−:本発明による試験片d。

Claims (25)
- 電極用複合材料の作製方法であって、前記方法が:
− 15%以上のO、N、P又はSへテロ原子の質量含有率を有する少なくとも1種のポリマーP1、5%以下のO、N、P又はSへテロ原子の質量含有率を有する少なくとも1種のポリマーP2、電子伝導性を付与する材料C1、電極活物質M1、及び少なくとも1種の溶剤S1を含む粘性溶液を作製する第1段階;並びに
− 得られた前記粘性溶液からフィルムを製造する第2段階、
を含み、
前記第1段階の過程で、前記ポリマーが、純粋な状態で又は揮発性溶剤の中の溶液の形態で導入され;前記材料C1が、純粋な状態で又は揮発性溶剤の中の懸濁液若しくは溶液の形態で導入され;及び前記電極活物質M1が、純粋な状態で又は揮発性溶剤の中の懸濁液の形態で導入され、
前記ポリマーP1が、ポリエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリアクリルポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミン、ポリアミド、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリウレタン、ポリエポキシド、ポリホスファゼン及びポリスルホンから選ばれ、
前記ポリマーP2が、塩化ビニル、フッ化ビニリデン、塩化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン及びクロロトリフルオロエチレンの各ホモポリマー及びコポリマー、並びにフッ化ビニリデン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマーから選ばれ、又はポリオレフィン及びエラストマーから選ばれ、
前記材料C1が、黒鉛、カーボンファイバー、カーボンナノフィル(carbon nanofils)、カーボンナノチューブ、又は電子伝導性ポリマーから成り、
前記溶剤S1が、エチレンカーボネートとプロピレンカーボネートとの混合物であることを特徴とする前記方法。 - 前記方法が、塩を前記材料の中に導入することを包含することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性溶液の作製過程で前記塩(単独で、又は揮発性溶剤の中の溶液で)を加えることにより、前記塩が、前記材料の中に導入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性溶液から得られた前記フィルムに揮発性溶剤の中の前記塩の溶液を含浸させることにより、前記塩が導入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、更に熱及び圧力を前記フィルムに印加することにある緻密化段階を包含することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーP1が、エチレンオキシド、メチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、エピクロロヒドリン並びにアリルグリシジルエーテルの各ホモポリマー及びコポリマーから選ばれるポリエーテル、又はエチレンテレフタレート、ブチレンテレフタレート並びにビニルアセテートの各ホモポリマー及びコポリマーから選ばれるポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーP1が、アクリルアミド、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、プロピルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート、エチルヘキシルアクリレート、ステアリルアクリレート、エチレングリコールジアクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、メチルメタクリレート並びにアクリル酸の各ホモポリマー及びコポリマーから選ばれるポリアクリルポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーP1が、アクリロニトリルホモポリマー及びコポリマー、ビニルアセテート並びにビニルアルコールの各ホモポリマー及びコポリマー、ビスフェノールAのカーボネートのホモポリマー及びコポリマー、ポリエチレンイミン、並びにビニルピロリドン又はビニルスルホンの各ホモポリマー及びコポリマーから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記揮発性溶剤が、アクリロニトリル、アセトニトリル、シクロヘキサノン及びTHFから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1、3及び4のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性溶液の作製が一段階のフェーズの中で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性溶液の作製が連続する二段階のフェーズを含み、第1フェーズは、S1以外の全ての構成成分を含む粘性溶液を作製すること、この溶液からフィルムを形成すること、及び粉末を得るために前記フィルムを乾燥することにあること、第2フェーズは、S1をこの粉末に加えることにより新規の粘性溶液を形成することであって、この新規溶液は最終フィルムを製造するために使用されることにあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粘性溶液の作製が連続する二段階のフェーズを含み、第1フェーズは、P2以外の全ての構成成分を含む粘性溶液を作製すること、この溶液からフィルムを形成すること、及び粉末を得るために前記フィルムを乾燥することにあること、第2フェーズは、揮発性溶剤の中のP2の溶液を前記粉末に加えることにより新規の粘性溶液を形成することであって、この新規溶液は最終フィルムを製造するために使用されることにあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2段階の過程で、前記フィルムが、押出された後に、又は基材上に塗布された後に、乾燥段階を行なうことにより前記第1段階の過程で作製された粘性溶液から得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布するために使用される基材が、電極用の集電体として機能できる金属箔又は網であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 電極活物質M1が:Li1+xV3O8、式中、0<x<4;LixV2O5・nH2O、(式中、0<x<3及び0<n<2);LiFePO4;各々が水和又は非水和リンの酸鉄及び硫酸鉄;各々が水和又は非水和のリン酸バナジル及び硫酸バナジル;LiMn2O4、及びLiMn2O4から誘導され、MnをAl、Ni又はCoで置換することによって得られる化合物;LiNiO2;LiMnO2、及びLiMnO2から誘導され、MnをAl、Ni又はCoで置換することによって得られる化合物;並びにLiCoO2、及びLiCoO2から誘導され、CoをAl、Ti、Mg,Ni又はMnで置換することによって得られる化合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電極活物質M1が:
− 炭素化合物;
− SnO、SnO2、Sn、Sn−Fe(−C)化合物、Si化合物又はSb化合物から得られるLixMタイプ(式中、M=Sn、Sb又はSi)のリチウム合金;或いは
− LixCu6Sn5化合物(式中、0<x<13)、ホウ酸鉄、ピニクチュア(pnicture)(Li3−x−yCoyN、Li3−x−yFeyN、LixMnP4、LixFeP2及びLixFeSb2等から選ばれる)、可逆分解を行なう単純酸化物、及びMoO3又はWO3の各チタネートのような挿入酸化物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法により得られる材料であって、
該材料が、15%以上のO、N、P又はSへテロ原子の質量含有率を有する少なくとも1種のポリマーP1、5%以下のO、N、P又はSへテロ原子の質量含有率を有する少なくとも1種のポリマーP2、電子伝導性を付与する材料C1、電極活物質M1及び少なくとも1種の溶剤S1からなり、ミクロンスケールでもサブミクロンスケールでも:
− 前記ポリマーP1、及び電子伝導性を付与する前記材料C1は、活物質の粒子の周りで緻密で、均質で且つ連続した相を形成する;
− 前記ポリマーP2は、全くないか又は極めて微量の材料C1を含む分散相の形態をなし、球形、円筒形、針状又はリボンタイプであるその相のモルフォロジーが多孔性を発生する、
ことを特徴とする材料。 - 前記材料が、塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の材料。
- 集電体上に堆積され、請求項17に記載の複合材料のフィルムから成ることを特徴とする複合電極。
- 集電体上に堆積され、請求項18に記載の複合材料のフィルムから成ることを特徴とする複合電極。
- 前記複合材料の塩が、LiPF6、LiAsF6、LiC4BO8、LiClO4、LiBF4、Li(C2F5SO2)2N、LiCF3SO3、LiCH3SO3、Li[(C2F5)3PF3]及びLiN(SO2CF3)2から選ばれるリチウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の複合電極。
- 前記複合材料の塩が、次のカチオン類から選ばれるカチオンを有する塩であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の複合電極:R3O+(オキソニウム)、NR4 +(アンモニウム)、RC(NHR2)2 +(アミジニウム)、C(NHR2)3 +(グアニジニウム)、C5R6N+(ピリジニウム)、C3R5N2 +(イミダゾリウム)、C3R7N2 +(イミダゾリニウム)、C2R4N3 +(トリアゾリウム)、SR3 +(スルホニウム)、PR4 +(ホスホニウム)、IR2 +(ヨードニウム)及び(C6H5)3C+(カルボニウム)、式中、ラジカルRは同一でも異なってもよく、前記ラジカルは、アルキル、アルケニル、オキサアルキル、オキサアルケニル、アザアルキル、アザアルケニル、チアアルキル、チアアルケニル、シラアルキル、シラアルケニル、アリール、アリールアルキル、アルキルアリール、アルケニルアリール、ジアルキルアミノ及びジアルキルアゾの各ラジカルであること。
- 前記ラジカルRが、好ましくは最大5個の炭素原子を有することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の複合電極。
- リチウム塩を包含する電解質により隔離される正極と負極によって形成されるバッテリーにおいて、前記バッテリーの電極のうちの少なくとも片方の電極が請求項19又は21に記載の電極であることを特徴とする前記バッテリー。
- 電解質により隔離される両電極により形成される大容量キャパシターにおいて、前記電極の少なくとも片方の電極が請求項19又は22に記載の電極であることを特徴とする前記大容量キャパシター。
