Description
Claims (17)
- 封止された接続部を提供するシステムであって、前記接続部内には1つ以上のケーブル、パイプまたはダクトが延在し、
前記システムは、開口内もしくは開口上に、密封的に固定もしくは固定可能なフレームを備え、
前記フレームは、前記複数のケーブル、パイプまたはダクトのうちの少なくとも1つが挿入されるのに適した複数導管を備え、前記導管にはさらに、前記導管の内周壁と、前記複数のパイプ、ケーブルまたはダクトの少なくとも1つとの間のスペースを密封的に塞ぐ弾性変形可能なプラグが挿入されるのに適しており、
前記システムは、前記導管のそれぞれにぴったりと密封するように挿入可能であって、弾性変形可能な少なくとも1つのプラグをさらに備え、
前記プラグは、基端部と遠端部の2つの端部と、外側部と内側部とを有し、
前記遠端部は、前記導管における前記プラグの挿入部位から遠い位置にある端部であり、
前記基端部は、前記導管における前記プラグの挿入部位から近い位置にある端部であり、
各端部は、前記導管へ取り付けられるような寸法を有し、
前記外側部は、前記プラグと前記導管の内周壁との間において環状接触面となる、前記プラグの長手方向に離間した頂点を有する複数の外側リブを備え、
前記内側部は、前記プラグと、前記導管内に延在する前記少なくとも1本のケーブル、パイプ、またはダクトとの間において環状接触面となる、前記プラグの前記長手方向に離間した頂点を有する複数の内側リブを備え、
前記内側部および/または前記外側部には、前記長手方向における前記プラグの圧縮と、前記内側リブおよび前記外側リブの少なくとも一方の交差方向の移動を容易にする少なくとも1つのヒンジ可能面部が設けられ、
前記システムは、さらに、各導管内において、当該導管に挿入された前記プラグの一端が圧力勾配の下流側に移動することを防止するために、前記フレームに一体的に接続された少なくとも1つのブロック部材を備え、前記プラグを、前記基端部の前記遠端部側への移動によって圧縮することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つのブロック部材は、実質的にリング状の部材を複数備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記導管は、それぞれ、摩擦係数の低い表面を有する内周壁を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記フレームは鉄鋼またはアルミニウムからなることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記フレームに、前記フレームを鉄鋼またはアルミニウムの建設部材に溶接するために、または前記フレームをパーティション用の建設部材にボルトで固定するために、フランジが設けられていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項4または請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記導管の大幅な寸法の変化を避けるように、前記フレームには、溶接中および/または溶接後に発生する熱的ストレスを収める緩衝ゾーンが設けられていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記複数の導管のサイズは全て同一であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記導管のそれぞれにおいて、プラグの両端が、前記プラグが挿入された前記導管スリーブに対して、同時かつ同様に移動することを防止するために、少なくとも1つの追加ブロック部材を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記少なくとも1つの追加ブロック部材は、前記フレームに固定可能であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記導管は、それぞれ、前記プラグの全体を収容するのに適した長さをもつことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムにおいて、
各導管は、互いに軸方向に隣りあう2つのプラグを収容するのに適した長さを有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、
各導管は、前記少なくとも1つのブロック部材を構成する部分を有し、前記ブロック部材の両側において、前記導管がプラグ全体を収容するのに適した長さを持つことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ヒンジ可能面部は、2つの隣接するリブの、向かい合う斜面によって形成されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1または請求項13に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記ヒンジ可能面部は、前記内側部に設けられていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1、13、または14に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記プラグは、少なくとも2つ縦長部材を組み立てたものであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
少なくとも一時的にケーブル、パイプ、またはダクトが延在していない導管スリーブを密封的に塞ぐための少なくとも1つの閉止プラグをさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、
締付け部材が不要であることを特徴とするシステム。
