Claims (13)
- 개구를 통과하는 케이블들을 밀봉 고정하는 시스템에 있어서,
실질적으로 플레이트 형상으로서, 플레이트의 제 1 면 및 제 2 면 사이에 제 1 두께를 갖는 중앙부 및 상기 제 1 두께보다 작은 제 2 두께를 갖는 주변 부분을 구비하고, 플레이트의 중앙부에는 플레이트의 두께 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 도관을 갖고, 각각의 도관은 도관을 통과하여 연장되는 하나 이상의 케이블을 갖도록 된, 홀더;
상기 도관들 중 하나의 내벽 및 그 도관을 통과하여 연장되는 케이블 사이의 환상 공간을 밀봉하는 탄성 재료로 된 적어도 하나의 다중 부분 밀봉 플러그; 및
탄성 재료로 되고, 상기 플레이트의 둘레 방향으로 밀봉을 제공하도록 상기 주변 부분에 배치되는 형태인, 개스킷;을 포함하고,
상기 플러그는 적어도 하나의 둘레로 연장되는 외부 리브 및 적어도 하나의 둘레로 연장되는 내부 리브를 포함하고, 삽입되지 않은 상태에서 다음의 조건들:
- 상기 외부 리브는 용이하게 삽입되도록 톱니 형태를 갖고, 가로 방향으로 상기 톱니가 용이하게 휘도록 상기 톱니에는 내측으로 각진 굴곡부가 제공됨;
- 상기 내부 리브는 상기 케이블을 따라 용이하게 미끄러지도록 둘레 및 세로 방향으로 연장되는 상단 표면을 가짐;
- 가로 방향으로 연장되는 가상의 직선이 상기 각진 굴곡부의 회동점과 만나며 상기 상단 표면과 교차함;을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주변 부분은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제 1 및 상기 제 2 면과 동일 평면 상에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 도관들은 제 1 및 제 2 면 중 적어도 하나에서 상기 밀봉 플러그들 중 어느 하나를 밀봉 삽입하기 위한 입구-개구 및 제 1 및 제 2 면 중 나머지 하나에서 상기 입구-개구보다 작은 도관 개구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 또 다른 홀더에 대항하여, 또는 상기 케이블들이 연장하는 상기 개구를 갖는 구성에 대항하여 상기 홀더의 고정을 용이하게 하기 위하여 상기 주변 부분에 복수의 관통 홀이 제공되고, 상기 개스킷은 상기 플레이트의 주변 부분 내의 상기 관통 홀들의 위치와 상응하는 위치들에서 관통 홀들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 두께는 상기 제 1 두께의 25% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 주변 부분은 상기 플레이트의 전체 길이의 3-10%의 범위인 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 모든 주변 부분은 동일 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 두 도관 사이의 거리는 5 ㎜ 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 개스킷은 6 ㎜의 최대 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 개스킷은 최소 두께의 영역들 및 최대 두께의 영역들을 가지며, 상기 최대 두께의 영역들은 상기 최소 두께의 영역들을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 최소 두께의 영역들 및 상기 최대 두께의 영역들 사이의 전이는 계단식인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 홀더는 고강도 폴리에틸렌(HMPE)과 같은, 경성 플라스틱 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
