Description
圧力下で供給される溶存ガス含有液体を通過させる外筒と、
該外筒を仕切る隔壁であって、中心部分に開口を備えた隔壁と、
該隔壁の下流側の壁面に、前記開口に臨んで一体化された内筒と、
該内筒の下流端に設けられ、径方向外方に向けて延びるフランジと、
前記内筒の下流端を閉塞するように配置されたディスクとを有し、
該ディスクと前記フランジとで絞り通路が形成されると共に、前記絞り通路を形成する前記フランジ及び前記ディスクの互いに対抗する面の少なくとも何れか一方に凹所が形成されていることを特徴とする微細気泡発生器を提供することにより達成される。

Claims (4)
- 圧力下で供給される溶存ガス含有液体を通過させる外筒と、
該外筒を仕切る隔壁であって、中心部分に開口を備えた隔壁と、
該隔壁の下流側の壁面に、前記開口に臨んで一体化された内筒と、
該内筒の下流端に設けられ、径方向外方に向けて延びるフランジと、
前記内筒の下流端を閉塞するように配置されたディスクとを有し、
該ディスクと前記フランジとで絞り通路が形成されると共に、前記絞り通路を形成する前記フランジ及び前記ディスクの互いに対抗する面の少なくとも何れか一方に凹所が形成されていることを特徴とする微細気泡発生器。 - 前記フランジが前記内筒の軸線と直交する方向に延びている、請求項1に記載の微細気泡発生器。
- 前記フランジが前記内筒の下流端から下流側に向けて傾斜して延びている、請求項1に記載の微細気泡発生器。
- 前記凹所が、前記フランジ及び/又は前記ディスクに形成された円周溝から作られている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の微細気泡発生器。
