Abstract
Description
도 1 은 종래기술의 미세 기포 발생장치의 구성을 보인 블록 선도이고,
도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 주요 부품들을 조립하여 보인 전면도이고,
도 3 는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 블록 선도이며,
도 4 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수를 배출하는 나노 버블수 발생장치의 나노 버블수 팽창관의 분해 사시도이고,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수를 배출하는 나노 버블수 팽창관의 분쇄 부재를 보인 분해사시도이며,
도 6 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 압력탱크로 공급되는 특정가스의 공급 압력을 조정하는 압력조정기의 단면도이고,
도 7 은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가정용으로 사용되도록 구성한 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 주요 부품들을 조립하여 보인 사시도이고,
도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 가정용으로 사용되도록 구성한 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 나노 버블수 출력관을 보인 분해 사시도이며,
도 9 은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 산소 또는 수소를 발생시키는 제 1 전해가스 발생부를 구비하여 특정가스를 공급하여 용존되게 한 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 주요 부품들을 조립하여 보인 사시도이고,
도 10은 본 발명의 원리에 따라 산소 또는 수소를 용존한 버블수를 생산하기 위하여 설치되는 제 1 전해가스 발생부를 결합한 구성을 개략적으로 보인 응용가스를 용존한 나노 버블수 발생장치의 블록 선도이며,
도 11 은 본 발명에 원리에 따라 산소 또는 수소를 공급하기 위하여 설치되는 제 2 전해가스 발생부의 구성을 나타내는 블록선도이다.

Claims (12)
- 모터, 모터와 일체로 결합하고 유입관을 통하여 유입되는 액체가 일정한 압력을 갖고 수 공급관을 경유하여 압력탱크로 공급하는 펌프, 압력탱크의 진공 쳄버 내부의 전장보다 짧은 길이를 가진 중공의 파이프가 수평으로 설치되고 이 파이프 일단에 노즐구멍과 벽면의 원주둘레에는 여러 형태의 다수의 미세 구멍들을 형성한 압력탱크의 수 입구에 설치되는 나노 버블수 발생관, 특정 가스를 유입하는 외기 유입부와 이 외기 유입부의 상부에 기밀하게 밀폐 결합하여 외기 공급량을 조정하는 압력 조정부로 이루어진 압력조정기와 전체 시스템을 제어하는 전자 제어부들로 구성되어 응용가스를 함유한 나노 버블수 발생장치에 있어서,
압력조정기는, 컵부, 컵부 중심에 형성한 공간, 공간의 일 측에 외기를 유입하는 유입관에 연결되어 공간 내부로 외기를 유도하는 유입통로, 공간으로부터 외기를 출력부로 출력하는 출력통로와 유입통로와 출력통로들이 연통하도록 공간의 중심에 큰 구멍의 스프링 시트와 노를을 형성한 소정높이의 벽부로 되는 원통형의 유도관, 상단 원주 둘레의 쇼울더에 위치된 지지판과 그 내부에 유도관(142)에 형성한 노즐(141)을 밀폐하고 개방하도록 설치된 밀봉부재들로 구성하여 압력탱크의 압력을 균일하게 제어하도록 외기와 특정가스를 유입하는 외기 유입부;
외기 유입부의 상단 플랜지와 결합하는 하단 플랜지가 형성된 외기 공급부와 동일한 직경이고 내부를 크고 작은 직경을 가진 2단의 공동으로 하여 헤드부를 수용하는 하부, 하부로부터 그보다 작은 직경으로 연장하고 내부가 육각 나사를 수용하는 육각형의 통체로 형성하고 외부에는 나선부를 형성한 상부, 상부의 외부 나선부와 나사 결합하여 상부의 길이부를 따라 상하 이동하는 회전체, 회전체의 상면에 설치되는 마이크로 모터의 구동축과 결합하고 회전체의 내부 중심의 내부로 돌출한 소정 형상의 지지 벽부에 설치되는 이동부재, 이동부재의 하부에 결합하고 회전부는 육각 나사가 삽입되며 단부에 헤드부의 중심의 나사 구멍에 삽입되는 나사 부재를 형성한 회전 나사부들로 구성한 압력조정부; 컵부의 상단 둘레에 위치하여 공간을 밀봉하고 압력 조정부와 외기 유입부 사이에 경계를 이루도록 하는 지지판에 설치되는 밸브들로 구성하여 외기와 특정가스의 공급량을 조정하는 압력 조정부들로 구성하고,
버블수 팽창관은 압력탱크로부터 배출관를 경유한 유입되는 나노 버블수를 용적부에서 팽창하고 하나 이상의 분쇄 부재에 의하여 파쇄하므로 나노 버블의 크기를 작게 미립화 하는 나노 버블수 팽창관들을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 응용가스를 함유한 나노 버블수 발생장치.

- 청구항 1 에 있어서,
밸브는 컵부의 상단 둘레에 위치하여 공간를 밀봉하고 압력 조정부와 외기 유입부사이에 경계를 이루도록 하는 지지판, 스프링과 함께 유도관 내에 삽입되어 노즐을 밀폐하고 개방하는 뾰족한 단부를 형성한 다리부, 지지판의 하부에 바로 인접하도록 하고 스프링에 의하여 탄성 지지 되는 십자부와 십자부로부터 일체로 상부로 연장하고 상단에 나사를 형성한 헤드부로 이루어진 밀봉부재와; 십자부의 상부에 지지판을 돌출하여 연장한 나사부와 결합되고 지지판에 대향하여 밀착되는 인접부재로 이루어진 헤드부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 응용가스를 함유한 나노 버블수 발생장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
나노 버블수 팽창관은 내부가 중공으로 되는 입구부; 이 입구부의 외부로 나사 결합되고 그 내부에 소정 두께의 중간벽. 이 중간벽에 두 개 이상의 구멍과 이 구멍들에 결합하여 나노 버블수를 팽창시키고 분쇄하여 미립화 하는 분쇄 부재들로 구성되는 용적부, 이 용적부와 나사 결합하고 분쇄 부재로부터 나노 버블수를 팽창시키는 용적부에 인접하여 넓은 용적으로 되고 다시 작은 직경으로 출구를 형성한 출구부들로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 응용가스를 함유한 나노 버블수 발생장치. - 삭제
