ドラム走行試験機を用い、リム16×6.5JJ、内圧(300kPa)、荷重(3.90kN)の条件にて、20分毎に走行速度を10km/hづつ逐次上昇させ、バンド層に起因する損傷が生じたときの走行速度を比較例1を100とする指数で表示している。数値が大きいほど耐久性に優れることを示す。
ドラム走行試験機を用い、リム16×6.5JJ、内圧(200kPa)、荷重(4.00kN)の条件にて、時速120km/hにて走行させ、そのとき生じる振動を車軸を介して測定し、比較例1を100とする指数で表示している。数値が大きいほど振動特性に優れることを示す。

Claims (6)
- トレッド部からサイドウォール部をへてビード部のビードコアに至るカーカスと、このカーカスの半径方向外側かつトレッド部の内部に配されるバンド層とを具える空気入りタイヤであって、
前記バンド層は、バンドコードをタイヤ周方向に対して5°以下の角度で螺旋状に巻回させたバンドプライから形成され、
かつ前記バンドコードは、芳香族ポリアミド繊維、全芳香族ポリエステル繊維、強度15g/d以上のポリビニールアルコール繊維、炭素繊維、ポリケトン繊維、又はレーヨン繊維から選択される同一素材の有機繊維フィラメントからなり、多数本の前記有機繊維フィラメントが束ねられかつ下撚りされたフィラメント束に、ディップストレッチ処理を施した2本以上のディップストランドを、撚り合わすことにより形成され、かつ、該撚り合わせ後にディップストレッチ処理を施されていない有機繊維コードであり
前記バンドコードの応力−伸び曲線は、原点から変曲点に至る低弾性域と、変曲点をこえる高弾性域とを具え、しかも前記変曲点は、伸び2〜7%の範囲にあり、かつ高弾性域の弾性率EHと、低弾性域の弾性率ELとの比EH/ELを2〜10としたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バンドコードは、前記2本以上のディップストランド同士を、上撚りにて互いに撚り合わせた双撚り構造をなすことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ
- 前記比EH/ELが3〜4であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バンドコードは、1%伸び時の荷重が20〜60N、かつ3%伸び時の荷重が225〜431Nであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記2本以上のディップストランドは、下撚り数Nが最小Nmin の低撚りディップストランドと、下撚り数Nが最大Nmax の高撚りディップストランドとを含み、かつ下撚り数Nの最小Nmin と最大Nmaxとの比Nmin/Nmaxを0.9以下としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バンドコードの上撚り数Mは、前記下撚り数Nの最小Nmin 以上かつ最大Nmax 以下であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の空気入りタイヤ。
