図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る遠心分離機の正面図であり、該遠心分離機の回転装置部1は、ボルトによって床に固定されており、その右側には所定の間隔をおいて制御装置部3が設置され、これらの回転装置部1と制御装置部3とは接続用各種配管・電気配線4によって接続されている。

Claims (6)
- 液体試料を分離するためのロータと、
該ロータを回転駆動する駆動部と、
前記ロータを収容する円筒状のチャンバと、
前記ロータ内に中空回転軸を介して液体試料を注入するための上部コネクタ及び下部コネクタと、
前記チャンバの底部に、前記ロータの外側における前記チャンバ内部に通ずるように設けられた底部貫通孔及び開閉バルブと、
前記チャンバの上部プレートに、前記ロータの外側における前記チャンバ内部に通ずるように設けられた上部貫通孔及び開閉バルブとを備え、
前記上部コネクタ、前記中空回転軸、前記ロータ内部及び前記下部コネクタにより形成される試料流路に蒸気を供給して蒸気滅菌した後に、
前記試料流路を介して前記ロータ内部に冷却用気体又は流体を流しながら、前記ロータ外側の前記チャンバ内部に圧縮空気又は不活性ガスを前記底部貫通孔から前記上部貫通孔の方向又はその逆の方向に流すことを特徴とする遠心分離機。 - 前記試料流路に蒸留水を流しながら、前記ロータの外側の前記チャンバ内部に圧縮空気を流すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記底部貫通孔及び前記上部貫通孔を前記ロータの回転軸を中心として周方向に90°〜270°の角度離した位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記底部貫通孔又は前記上部貫通孔にフィルタを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記冷却用の気体を排出する底部貫通孔又は上部貫通孔に配管を接続し、該配管の開放端を室外に開口させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記開閉バルブの少なくとも一方を動力式バルブとし、該動力式バルブを制御する制御手段を設けたこと特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の遠心分離機。
